I found Xcede really professional. They really care about who you are and what you are looking for. MY EXPERIENCE I got in touch with Marvin Dodoo and he was the best recruiter I have met so far. He was a really good advisor, professional and a good listener. He proposed me few role based on what I was looking for. Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience with Xcede. I was contacted by a recuriter with a very generic request: "I have position XY in the cities foo, bar, barfoo, ..." I therefore asked Christopher to provide some information and it didn't surprise me at all: of course I didn't get an answer. Classic headhunter spam, sending mass emails to profiles that somehow fit. Unfortunately, that's not the kind of quality I want from recruiters and I can't imagine that my future employer will be satisfied with such services.

Having dealt with all manner of recruitment companies in my time, Xcede have stood head and shoulders above all of them. When deciding to look for a new job, I have to admit, that my heart sank slightly at the prospect of the 'recruiter' process; I was expecting to be bombarded with phone calls and jobs that weren't even remotely suitable. Fortunately for me, the first few jobs I applied for were through Xcede and there has been absolutely none of that. Jade, who I dealt with at Xcede, has been brilliant in every way: helpful; informative; and understanding of exactly what I was looking for from my next career move. Great experience dealing with a UX Recruiter, I had tried other agencies in the past and these wont be remembered. Marvin Dodoo, my recruiter had put me through job posts and the 3rd time I was lucky and I managed to get my first UX position :D what I liked about Marvin is he showed confidence in me and still put me forward for other roles even if I wasn’t successful on the first two attempts. He also kept me up to date with the process of interviews and gave me advice on how to proceed with the interviews :) thanks again!
