I found Xcede really professional. They really care about who you are and what you are looking for. MY EXPERIENCE I got in touch with Marvin Dodoo and he was the best recruiter I have met so far. He was a really good advisor, professional and a good listener. He proposed me few role based on what I was looking for. Having dealt with all manner of recruitment companies in my time, Xcede have stood head and shoulders above all of them. When deciding to look for a new job, I have to admit, that my heart sank slightly at the prospect of the 'recruiter' process; I was expecting to be bombarded with phone calls and jobs that weren't even remotely suitable. Great experience dealing with a UX Recruiter, I had tried other agencies in the past and these wont be remembered. Marvin Dodoo, my recruiter had put me through job posts and the 3rd time I was lucky and I managed to get my first UX position :D what I liked about Marvin is he showed confidence in me and still put me forward for other roles even if I wasn’t successful on the first two attempts. So I asked Christopher to provide some information and it didn't surprise me very much: Of course I didn't get an answer. Classic headhunter spam, sending mass emails to profiles that somehow match. Unfortunately, this is not the kind of quality I want from recruiters and I cannot imagine that my future employer can be satisfied with such services. (Original) Leider konnte ich keine guten Erfahrungen mit Xcede machen. Ich wurde von einem Recuriter angeschrieben, mit einer sehr generischen Anfrage: "Ich habe hier Position XY in den Staedten foo, bar, barfoo, ..." Ich habe daher Christopher gebeten doch ein paar Informationen nachzureichen und es verwunderte mich recht wenig: Ich bekam natuerlich keine Antwort. Klassischer Headhunterspam, Massenmails an irgendwie passende Profile schicken. Leider ist das nicht die Art Qualitaet die ich mir von Recruitern wuensche und ich mir auch nicht vorstellen kann, dass mein zukuenftiger Arbeitgeber, mit solchen Dienstleistungen zufriedenzustellen ist.
