HANDS DOWN THE BEST RECRUITER EVER!!!! I connected with Yellow Cat through a job listing on Linkedin. From the first meeting with Jonny, I knew I was in good hands. After experiencing countless disappointments with other recruiters, it was nice to have a recruiter who actually cared and actually felt human to deal with. Jonny made the whole process super smooth. He was consistent in keeping me updated and didn't lead me astray especially when things were quiet. He was always positive and upbeat to deal with and truly felt like it was his personal mission to see me succeed which is an incredibly rare feeling in todays recruitment world. I can not recommend Yellow Cat enough. If I could give more stars I would! They're truly a leader in their field.

From the minute I spoke to Jonny, I got a real sense from him, I could tell he was passionate, and deeply cares for both his clients, and candidates, and really gets to understand you as a person, and the role you're after. Yellow Cat Recruitment fully deserve this 5* rating, I had been looking for a Graphic design role for a while and applied to one that I loved the sound of. The very next day i got a call from a lovely member of staff who was very kind, understanding and wanted to here more about me. They requested for me to come in to their offices so that they can take all my information and have a general chat about my experiences and what i was looking for in a job. Through the whole interview process the staff who continueously in contact with me helping me all the way through the initial interview, through design tasks and even now that I am in employment contacting me to ensure that everything is running smoothly. There are many different companies offering similar services, however if you want a recruitment agency where the staff actually care about you then this is the company to enjoy. My experience with Yellow Cat was amazing. I was looking for a Producer role in post production, but - extra challenge - I was still working abroad and wanted to move back to London, so all our communications were long distance and I'd have to quit my current job before I moved to the UK. Steph did such a great job making the process smooth and friendly, and would always be open to answer my questions. I was provided with a lot of really useful and relevant information when preparing for every interview. It was the first time I saw a recruiting agency taking care of the process so much. When I flew to London for my 2nd interview I was very nervous, and having someone that could answer all my random questions before the big day (how do I dress up? Is it ok to bring a notebook?) was a really amazing help. Steph met me the day of the interview - such a great thing to do! I've never had someone "coaching" me before an interview! It was just a chat over a coffee, but it really made a great difference. But it wasn't over, as the feedback after the interview took - well - months! And I would receive regular updates, until I finally they got e a great contract in an amazing agency. :) I really can't thank these guys enough!
