I needed some urgent help on my aging dumb waiter lift that plays an essential part in the operation of my busy restaurant. After consulting the big player company's in the lift industry I was told that the only option was to replace the whole lift at crippling prices and this would also cause widespread disruption to my business as it would mean I would have had to close down for a possible three week period. Thankfully I came across Ian at DLRS and after a site visit he advised that the way forward for me would be extensive refurbishment which would give me the same outcome as a new lift but at zero disruption to my business and at a fraction of the cost !
