Super proactive, and on the ball service. After struggling for several month with jobhunting on my own, it took Lily Shippen only about four weeks from receiving my CV to get me to the stage of being offered a job! After hearing nothing back from other agencies for weeks, Emma got back to me within 24h after registering my CV on their website. Emma was really friendly and professional, and felt genuinely invested in helping me find a new role, making sure I was prepared before the interview and checking in afterwards. Cannot recommend the agency - and Emma in particular - enough!

Had two quite different experiences with Lily Shippen. The first was very positive, I was approached by them, and dealt with Lily herself. I found her to be very efficient and it quickly resulted in me accepting a great position which I was very happy in. She was very helpful during the process and kept in contact to make sure everything went smoothly in my new position which was a nice touch. The second experience was when I approached them to help me with my job search. This time I dealt mainly with Charlotte, who was friendly and seemed to want to help me in my job search. She told me from the start that the timing of my new job search may mean that there are less jobs going than normal, however in 2 1/2 months after an initial conversation about what I was looking for etc. all I got was a phone call every few weeks checking up with my situation if I was still searching. On the website new jobs were still appearing, however I was not informed of anything new coming along. I have since found a job myself through the job sites, but was not impressed the second time round. Despite this, I would still recommend Lily Shippen as a good company.
