I have worked with Thomas Wylie from the Liverpool branch and Emma Pyle from the Manchester branch. Both of these recruitment consultants are very proactive in finding me roles and I have had several temp positions through Tom and a temp to perm position through Emma, they listen to me when I tell them if something isn't working out and take on board any issues I might have and work towards a resolution. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is the timesheet website. I wasn't told that I needed to enter my P45 when I was registered so I didn't get paid correctly the first time I was due to and had to wait until the next week to get my full pay. This happened a couple of times. The timesheet entry is difficult if you don't work to 15 minute increments so I had to lose some money because I wasn't able to put my correct hours in, also I had to set up a manager on the system to authorise a timesheet because she wasn't given any instructionson how to. When a manager was on leave over Christmas I had to print out a timesheet, get a member of staff to sign it and then take a picture to send to Tom to turn into a pdf to send to payroll as they wouldn't accept a picture and I had no way to scan it. I could go on with these pay issues. But this is long enough already. So to recap, Thomas and Emma are great, the payroll system needs work.
