Proman is the best agency I've worked with. After moving to a new area I applied for a role via proman. Got call back the same day, had an induction few days later and was in a full time role from then on. I had an assigned proman agent (Liv) who was always responsive, helpful and handled any queries I had swiftly. Luckily have now been offered a permanent role with company the agency set me up with. My proman agent even messaged to congratulate me. Only positive experiences with this company and would recommend happily.

I started with these guys and they put with an employer. After 16 weeks the employer took me on. They have a different type of working places on offer. Most of the places on their list are serious about taking you on themselves. I've now been in the job for 5 months and I love it all thanks to them. Can be hard to get in contact with a lot of the time. Proman needs to be more in tune with the Agency worker, by offering help/info they might need to understand about changes in their weekly payslip; My payment had been miscalculated due to human error. Other than that Proman are always reliable to find you another similar job within the Proman Agency.

Some of the negative reviews here seem to dwell too much on the fact we have all been going through difficult times and Proman are not exempt from having to work under strange conditions. My experience of them has been professional, swift and work found the same day for both myself and my partner. Even when I had minor health issues the Proman staff I dealt with were supportive, courteous and helpful when other agencies would just toss you aside. Happy to still be registered with them and more than happy to recommend them.

I had positive experience with this recruitment agency. They found a job for me. At the beginning it was not on regular basis, but after 12 weeks I was every day in. Cooperation was exactly as they promised. There was no problems with payslips as they arrived on time. I was mostly in touch with Mark who is not only very professional but also good friend. I came to this agency searching for work and once I had filled all my details in and came back to hand some paper work in just one week later, they had already found me some work at L’Oréal to start the following week. I couldn’t enphasise enough how good heads recruitment was with me. I had a small problem where I was unable to work for several days. Based on my own personal experience, I can easily say that Heads Recuitment is probably the best recruitment agency in Manchester. They ever try to give you the best jobs available in the best days and at the finest time for you, trying to meet your exigences. They use to send a clear payslip, easy to read and to understand, with all the details about the hours you have worked, tax, national insurance deductions and holidays, every week I get paid on time. I really think they care about the workers!

(Translated) I have very good experiences with this job agency, The work was sure a lasting two years, vest footwear and gloves and all the necessary things to work were already available at the employer with the agency logo. At that time, I did not have any problems with payments at this agency, which happened sometimes in others. All agreements change the conditions or terms of payment as well as overtime at one and a half stakes. Just as they promised the first 12 weeks, the wage was minimal without any additions like overtime and without any additions to second changes. After this time, I received the same money and conditions as my colleagues on contracts with higher rates and overtime pay. The leave I received without a problem was enough to write the form and provide the manager and he sent it to the agency and then I received a positive feedback. It did not make them a problem when I needed to take only half a day. Every week, on the last day of work, I received a text message with a reminder of which day and when I am starting work. It was also updated along with the planned vacation so that when the manager forgot to send forms I could have done some inaccuracies before going on vacation. W razie jakichkolwiek pytań bądź nieścisłości kontaktowałem się właśnie z tym numerem poprzez smsy. Kontakt z agencją pierwsza klasa gdy nie mogli odebrać wystarczało zostawić wiadomość odpiosywali w ciągu kilku godzin. Przy jakichkolwiek utrudnieniach na drodze bądź możliwej nieobecności w pracy to ich powiadamiałem i także wiadomości dochodziły do kierownictwa firmy. Po zakończeniu współpracy po tygodniu od zakończenia pracy otrzymałem soją formę P45 jak i pozostałe dni urlopu których nie wykorzystałem zostały wypłacone po 7 dniach roboczych od zakończenia współpracy. Urlopu miałem 20 dni plus 8 dni bank Holiday urlop mi nie przepadał jak to bywa w innych agencjach jednak było wstrzymane naliczanie go po uzyskaniu 28 dni dopiero gdy ujmowałem z tego był naliczany ponownie. Z wielu agencji w których miałem okazję korzystać na terenie Wielkiej Brytanii to z tą agencją nie było żadnych problemów przez okres dwóch lat.
