i Have had the pleasure of working with we build Recruitment for about four years, in my time with them as a Senior Chartered Construction Manager they have both found me some amazing placements with top notch clients but also supplied quality staff, I work nationwide but we're ever I am they never fail, if I could give them 10 stars I would. WeBuild have always been on the ball with sorting out my next placement at the drop of a hat, always keeping me in work. Never any issues with payments always on time. Keep up the great work. As a Client to WeBuild, when recruiting for roles they understand the criteria I am looking for in a candidate. They always go through the vetting process prior to submitting CV’s. Straight up and honest. It’s always a pleasure dealing with WeBuild, as they do what they say they are going to do.

I initially had an issue with We Build, not the company, just a particular agent. In frustration, I left quite a bad review. I was soon contacted by Jamie, a manager within We Build enquiring as to what my issue was. After hearing my version of events, and how I felt about the situation, I was gladdened to hear Jamie was in agreement with what I had just told to him. It was refreshing to hear he had taken on my grievance and investigated it personally. He took the time to explain to me how important temporary workers are to We Build, and and that dignity and trust should be at the forefront of any agent-worker relationship. Upon hearing all of this, my faith and trust in We Build has been restored, and upon reflection, I really should not have allowed my judgement of We Build on the whole to be clouded by the actions of one (for want of a better word) bad agent. Going forwards, I would accept more offers of work from We Build and if the agents conduct themselves inline with We Builds expectations (which Jamie assured me they do, and I believe him), I am certain I would have no further issues. With the past few months being as tough as they have been, I was pleasently surprised when I first signed up with We build Recruitment. We Build is a management buyout of the construction division of WRS. Unfortunately some of the worst WRS staff have transferred over, such as Jade, and Leigh. But if you can stand the staff, We Build has some good jobs, such as long runs in Manchester city centre, where they are based. They pay decent rates, and I never had any payment problems at WRS. Michael McNeill, We Build's managing director, is a good man.

Hi since before Covid started I never really need help looking for work , I’m a Painter & Decorator by trade and started to struggle after Covid , that is until someone but me onto these guys at, “ We Build Recruitment “ I’ve dealt Jon most of the time , as he seems to be on the ball and to the point , and above all what he says is what you get , goes out the way to get you what your after . They all keep in touch , as this isn’t the first time I’ve been with them and the money is quite fare also . Would I recommend this Agency , Yep 100%👍
