What a great company to work for! But not sure that is the right way to say that... As an agency, they go above and beyond to work with my availability, so much so it feels sometimes THEY work for US contractors! Over the 5 years or so they have always provided me work whenever I was available, sometimes even giving me the pick of a few locations. Reasonable rates of pay as the trade goes, but I do recommend they raise their rates, given the exceptional demand for highly capable technicians. I have no intention of moving on from this arrangement : rare comment in the motor trade! To many more years propping up the motor trade and keeping garages trading!

Best decision I made in years, work is always available to suit my needs, Ben and Richard have been great as well as the rest of the team, easy transition from being in a main dealer into Autotech. Been with Autotech 6 months now and not one problem.

For the past 3yrs my partner has been receiving contracts from autotech. Working with them has made being self employed a little more safer. The offer of dealer brand training, mot tester certificate and EV training makes it a no brainer signing up with them helping you keep up to date with a ever changing trade. Since Ben Thompson joined the group he feels that the communication with Autotech has improved, he always have the support of the team and it has made the processing of contracts much easier.

I have done contracting work through Autotech Recruit for around 6 months now. I am kicking myself that I didn't start with them sooner, as I had looked into it about a year prior. From the initial enquiry phone call to the company, every member of staff has been professional, helpful & honest about what they offer. The consultants that I deal with for the various contracts that have come my way in that time go above and beyond to make sure everything is in place beforehand, and communication is excellent from the initial call or text that I receive, to the confirmation email. If you are in the motor trade as a technician or MOT tester, and are considering contracting as a career option, whether short term or longer term, I would have no hesitation in recommending that you speak to Autotech Recruit & sound out the opportunities that are out there.

Autotech Recruit are fantastic to work for. The wonderful office staff find placements for me, which I can choose the days I want to work, and at a very reasonable rate of pay may I add, one of the highest in the trade I would say. I first work with them as an MOT Tester back in 2014 while in between jobs I now been back with them part time since October 2017. It great way to earn that little extra while having the flexibility to choose when I work and without having to get involved in workshop politics.
