Worked with Rebecca to help me find a new job. She got in touch with me after finding my CV on a certain job search website, asked what I was looking for, very professional and respectful as I am deaf and we communicated via webcam. I was already in a process of job searching with a couple of other recruitment agencies so my expectations were with Distinct were low. Until Rebecca managed to find the perfect job which pays more than my salary requirements and met my requirements (such as what I want from the role and holidays etc). One of the best recruiter I have ever come across! Sebastian has been an absolute delight throughout the whole recruitment process and has made the world of recruitment so easy as well as less daunting. Sebastian listened to what I wanted and guided me throughout the whole process as well as checking up on me during my time of employment.
