Best agency I've worked for all career Applied for a job by the start of the week (Monday) had a call of 1 of their staff, very polite, helpful and friendly. Couldn’t of asked for a better person to speak to. Made it simply to apply and then provided me with information on the job, with a induction time and the times of starting and finishing. Ryan is very professional and honest about the work and what it involves. This is the only agency in Newcastle out of five that I have tried that has actually got me real paid work instead of trying to enroll me in a level one or level two course so that the agency gets the public funds and then they never get back to you. Highly recommended, don't trust the other agencies, they are a scam! This is indeed the best connection!

The Best Connection is a fantastic agency to work for. I have been with them for about four months and have had regular work with them, including my current assignment, in it’s twelfth week. They are very proactive, last week they rang me to apologise as the company I am placed with had missed three hours off my time sheet. Best Connection promised to put it right asap and they certainly did, the additional pay was paid into my bank on the next working day following my normal payday , fantastic service! If Carlsberg made agency’s this would be the one, When I was made redundant last year I registered with 2 agency’s and they both promised me the world however after 6 weeks of those false promises, I started searching for a 3rd to register with, I stumbled across the best connection. I hadn’t heard of them but thought I would give it a go, I registered with Chris at BC on a Saturday and started that Monday, he didn’t promise me anything however gave me regular work, pretty much exactly what I asked for, this lasted around 6 weeks until I found a new job, Almost a year to the day later I was made redundant again, this time I knew who I had to call.
