Lanes are a great support for our business covering all things HR and much more through delivering a very high standard of service. They are always on hand to support our business in a professional, can do, no-nonsense way which is just what we need as a small business. We really benefit through working closely with the team at Lanes and the in-depth knowledge they hold is second to none with them being on hand to support the whole of our team. In addition to Lanes being our HR partner, they have recently acted as our interim Managing Director, which has been a great success and has put us in good shape for the future.
