My experience with Teaching Personnel has been extremely valuable in terms of exposing me to various job roles involved in the education sector. They've been extremely professional, compassionate and enthusiastic is engaging me with long term supply roles. I'd like to thank Mr Adam Lee who has been considerate, humane and above all consistent with his professional approach in providing me with regular long term work opportunities within SEN sector. He's been patient and committed in matching my work profile with the right kind of job roles as well. I've been working as a personal tutor with Teaching Personnel for the last two years. Even though these have been turbulent times, Christie and Ashley have been on the ball and are always on hand with advice and support. I thought the way that Teaching Personnel shifted from one-to-one to online tuition when the pandemic first hit the country was particularly impressive. Sam Norman has been great, as has Heidi! I am a teacher and was recently let down very badly by Daventry Hill School. Heidi got me a long term position there initially. I really enjoyed it. I went for a formal interview with the school and was offered a permanent position. Since then, a new Multi Academy Trust took over and told me I was no longer required! I worked for 3 1/2 months through Teaching Personnel there and was devastated. I was put onto Sam Norman and he was very compassionate and put me as high priority. Within days, I got an interview, through Sam, at a Milton Keynes Secondary school and got a position for September start! 👍😁 A fantastic agency
