I have been using Approach personnel now for many years. Although staffing has changed over the years the service is exceptional. I am currently dealing with Lucy Wright at Approach. Lucy attended site yesterday with the normal bag of goodies for site. Lucy has provided me with a superb site laborer and joiner. I spent time with Lucy showing her round out site and explaining what we are building. It was a pleasure to spend time with Lucy.

I’ve been working as a Telehandler driver through Approach for about 18 months now. In that time I’ve never been out of work, never had an issue with any pay and been treated fantastically by everyone there. The majority of my time has been with Katie Stock who is amazing can’t speak highly enough of her, proper credit to the company and no only that she puts up with me with a smile! The admin folks are are also amazing as well. So thank you guys for looking after me!

I’ve used Approach on and off for a few years now and have to say very satisfactorily, one very minor issue with hours paid at different rate as it wasn’t stated as a weekend but was dealt with within an hour, and Sonny is one of the very few agents that always answers the phone or if not about will always ring back, I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone, for their professionalism and can do attitude to work.
