She was extremely friendly and professional and went above and beyond to facilitate my interview and to ensure that I was well prepared. She met me in advance for coffee and explained more about the role and company. She was very knowledgeable. She stayed in touch at all stages of the process and followed up post interview and during negotiation to ensure everything went smoothly. I was with my previous employer for 16 years before making the move to Dice and wasn’t actively looking for a new role.
