H. M.Solid amount of work available majority of the time - only a few occasions towards the end of term for example where I was available but no work. Staff are friendly and helpful. Had an issue with payment from one school which took a while to be resolved but was eventually sorted with apologies from staff who were dealing with the situation. If you're looking to gain experience doing Cover, it's worth a try.
L. H.My contact Naz is always really pleasant and helpful,. Also utterly reliable in that communication between schools and agency seems excellent - the school situation is as I've been led to expect, the schools are expecting me, we all end up satisfied I think! On the one occasion (in several years) where I did have a difficulty with a Head Teacher, Naz was very supportive (while also, I gather, being thoughtful towards the school (which is a balance I respect, and would hope for, myself). The only reason I haven't given PK FIVE stars is that, because I work for several Teacher Supply agencies, and am therefore not myself always available for PK work, I am unable to say whether they give LOADS of work. But I can say that at present they give me more work than MOST of the other agencies, and that i am well satisfied with this.

They are also very understanding if you cannot work for any reason, even if it's short notice and something important crops up.
