In particular, Matt Harding has made a real difference, as a reliable support, who is always working on my behalf. I have never been without work and have always been able to speak to Matt about my placements. Any help I have needed has always been readily available to me. I have had such a positive experience working with Protocol! My consultant, Lauren, has been nothing but supportive and has worked hard at securing me jobs as well as a possible permanent placement. Within the first few days of me joining the agency she had interviews lined up and coached me through all of them. I've been registered with Protocol for about 5 years. I can only work one or two days a week, but I have received regular placements with this agency. They will adjust your rate if the placement is quite far away, to help with the cost of petrol. My bookings primarily come from Matt. He's calm, polite and professional.
