I cannot put it in words how happy and impressed I am with what they have done for me. They fought for me, kept me updated throughout the process. Both Hannah and the Branch manager, Karen. maintained a "we are here for you" attitude and constantly went back to the company, ensuring they stick to the offer they initially outlined, then changed. They did a job for me! Once recruited, they offered me advice and help right up to my start date. An alien experience I have had with other companies who use you as interview fodder, or want to get their client what it wants. If I ever look to move, I will be back to Tate in Nottingham. Tate though small is by far the best recruitment agency I've used to date. Other agencies I've used seemed to care more about getting me into a role rather than finding the right one.
