I have worked as a Chef for Blue Arrow for over six years and I have constantly been in work. Agency work suits me as I like the flexibility and variety of work that is on offer. Diane and her team are always professional with a very friendly approach. I am very grateful for the support Diane has given me throughout my time working for the company. I went to Blue Arrow the day after being made redundant. They were helpful, reassuring, and listened to my needs. By the time I got home, Sarah had called me with the offer of work the following day for the rest of the week (Wed-Fri). She helped fast track my details and got me processed in time to start. Having completed the work, I have since received my remit advice showing pay. Very professional service, excellent in helping where needed, and I cannot recommend them enough especially Sarah. Great agency and would definitely say one of the top agencies. Got my application and got me a interview with a employer within a few days. Kept me informed at every step and any problems they advise what I can do and tried to help out as much as they can. I have now been employed via BlueArrow for about 3 weeks and I did have a pay issue and they resolved it that day and fix the issue so it didn't happen again. I just also want to about out Sabie from the Bedford office as she got me the job in Peterborough. Overall experience is that it's a amazing agency who actually care about the people they get temp jobs for and not just in it for the money unlike some other agencies.
