I’ve worked for every agency you can think of and this is the one where I’ve been most at home. Good pay rates, staff you can relate to and absolutely constant work, never missed a day in years. Massive thumbs up from me.

Amy and carla are sound got me loads of work and told me where I was going with plenty of notice. The only thing I could say negative is the pay it's not that good but I'm a new pass and everyone has to make money or it wouldn't be worth doing. Have been with them for 1 year now, never been out of work and have had nothing but a great experience. A good variety of work, not forced to go self employed like most other agencies, I get paid weekly by PAYE. Might sometimes get a call early in the morning but that happens at all agencies. Only had 1 job I didn’t enjoy, I finished the day and they promised not to ask me to go back there which they haven’t. Driver Hire Preston is one of the best agencies I’ve worked for.

I’ve recently started working as a Class 1 Driver for them. The registration process was easy and I’ve been treated very well and always paid on time. The office staff are friendly and treat you like a colleague not an employee. This is the best agency I’ve worked for in 10 years of agency work. I highly recommend you give them a call as They have given me a long term contract for a company I really like working for.

I registered 2 weeks ago and they have kept me working ever since. Should have done this years ago as I’ve had a real variety of trucks to drive and they have all been new. Driver Hire are much more professional than the agency I worked for last year and the wages are decent without forcing you to be self employed.

As a career agency driver, I can honestly say that these guys are the best agency I have worked for in 15 years. Regular work with well known companies who have well maintained new trucks. In the 18 months I’ve been working for them, the only time work was a bit patchy was just after Christmas but I was glad of the rest. Make sure you call them if you are a driver out of work.

If you are willing to muck in and work they have lots of work for you. Don’t pick and choose the work or you will end up last call which is the same for any agency. I’ve been treated really well and I am enjoying the variety of driving jobs I am getting. Would recommend them
