V. A.After numerous calls to various agencies I struck gold when I spoke to Brook Street in Southampton. All other agencies didn't take an interest in me or what I was looking for and where trying to shoe horn me into roles that were not suitable at all. When I spoke to Brook Street I felt like I was with a safe pair of hands, they clearly are professionals who know the world of work.
After a lengthy discussion, during which, Craig, really took the time to get to know me and not just what was written on my cv , I was submitted for a role that was just what I was looking for. At the end of the call I found out that Craig is actually the Manager and if the rest of his team are anything like him Brook Street, Southampton, deserve to be the only agency around.

H. S.Rang about an advertised job and was told they would have to get somebody who was working from home, to contact me. After a few days I contacted the office again as nobody had come back to me and was told they would ask the person again to contact me, but they never did. Would have been nice to have spoken to somebody even if the post had already been filled, just to register for any future roles. I don't like to give negative feedback, I understand the person is probably really busy, but that does not help my situation. Kind regards

During my job search at the start of the year I signed up with this agency and they found me work within days. Not only that but they went out the way to make sure it was a role that suited me and my experience. They answered every question I had about the role and always kept in touch with me to see how I was doing.
They really looked out for me, got my confidence back up and long term I was able to find full time work thanks to the experience I had with Brook Street. If I am ever in a situation again were I am looking for a job I will sign straight back up with Brook Street in a second.
