I have been there this week. Just arrived to Southampton and went looking for a job. Had incredible luck to meet Julie. She helped me and my friend instantly. Made us feel comfortable and welcome. Full professionalism combined with friendly personality. Everything was explained clearly with few advices from Julie's side was very helpful. Then she found us a job literally the following day. Overall I rate this agency 5/5. Thank you Julie, and thanks The Works.

A year ago, recently arrived in Southampton, and not knowing where to start looking for a job, I came across an advertisement related to The Works Staffing Solutions Agency, I applied for one of their Offers and the next day I received a contact inviting me to attend the Offices. So I did. What I remember from this first day was the friendliness and availability with which they received me and helped me to establish my job search profile. After registration, and within the characteristics I had established, I was quickly contacted to start working. Since the first day until now I have no reason to complain, in everything I needed and asked the Agency, namely through Aimee (Excellent Professional), were always available to help and always promptly. Nowadays, as Job and Talent, they changed the name but everything I wrote above has been kept. If you live or come to Southampton and need help, I clearly recommend Job and Talent Southampton.

Greetings, I am very excited to have the opportunity to write a review of such a beautiful company as "The Works". The location is very accessible, the environment very welcoming, but being on the threshold of Christmas, it was also festive and warm. But what impressed me the most were the people! The staff at ''The Works'' is absolutely fabulous: welcoming, encouraging, trained with viable solutions tailored to the needs of every visitor. Although I spoke directly with only two of the company's representatives, I could, in the meantime, observe other employees and candidates during their interviews and I was extremely impressed with the professionalism, patience, understanding and support of the employees. In one word, I felt at home, welcomed and well-treated, that I cannot wish for more than being part of the ''The Works'' community. Thanks Kevi, thanks Julie, thank you ''The works''! My sis, Isha had been out of the country for a long time and returned to Britain broke and needing money like yesterday! Someone recommended The Works and I personally took her there to get registered. To our utter pleasant surprise, the process took a very short time in their quiet and classy office where every staff wore a friendly and smiling face. She was soon invited to a four-hour training and started working the day after the training. She has been working everyday since then and is now able to pay her bills as well as save for the things she craves. I totally recommend The Works. Some other agency would have taken an eternity to actually give out shifts, but it comes like a dream at this Back-of-the-Walls paradise. Thanks to all the staff for helping my sister find her feet. Very friendly staff and quite helpful. They have had some misses in some of the work they've offered me, but when I voiced I was not content, I wasn't pressured to continue working there. The 4-star rating is because there are no permanent positions available (at least as far as I know) and they also offer no retail or office work. Other than that, they really have helped me immensely to support myself in the last few months. Definitely recommend them.
