Great service. I wanted to get more experience as a part time teacher before looking for a full time job. They have been amazing! Dominique has been really lovely! When it comes to any issues, finding me a placement and everything connected with it she is there to help. teaching personnel has been a great agency to work for in my 2 years with them only had 2 communication errors which is amazing compared to other similar agencies that I have worked for! Liam was great at fitting work around my not very flexible timetable and I really appreciate that, even passing me over to Elliot for awhile when an injury meant I couldn't work with the younger children. In whole I would say this company and it's staff work around you when possible and will go out of their way to make your experience with them a positive one would recommend to everyone and should I need them in the future I will be signing back up.

One thing that really stood out to me was that there was never any pressure to work on days that I couldn't do. I am very pleased and satisfied with the Southampton branch of 'Teaching Personnel' and the agent I have been working with there mostly Jim Southwell has been exceptional. In November 2017 Jim found me one months work up until Christmas at 'Court Moor' school in Fleet which is still the most enjoyable and pleasant experience I have had in an educational environment in nearly 16 years of teaching. On a recommendation I joined TP five years ago and, I know it sounds "Corny" to say this but I`ve never regretted it for one moment. People often say things like: "Do you get much work?" and, "how can you live with the uncertainty of always waiting for the phone to ring ..." but the answer to the first one is that I do and the second is I`m hardly ever out of work; if I don`t want to work I don`t and its as simple as that. Ben and Elliot are lovely guys to work for. Nothing is too much trouble and they always accommodate requests where they can. They are polite and friendly all of the time. I have had constant work so not like agencies who sign you up then forget about you for six months, instead they give you work straightaway. I get regular feedback from schools and I generally know in advance where I'm working. Really can't complain at all. Would totally recmend this agency.
