I worked with Steve Watts at Uniting People and I was more than impressed with the quality of service I received in my application for a job with Scottish Power. I cannot thank Steve enough for his continued effort to keep me informed and updated in regard to the on-boarding process. I was hired by Scottish Power during the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic and as such the on-boarding process was delayed. Despite this, Steve regularly checked up on me and where possible provided me with updates in regards to official start dates, etc. He made the entire process easy and seamless and considerably eased my nerves in such an uncertain time.
