A. E.I recently registered with ESP as a teaching assistant. I've had a tremendously positive experience. My divisional manager Stuart Williams has been professional , friendly and very organised. Stuart supported me through the registration process and was always available on the phone or by email to answer my queries. I'm always very motivated and positive after getting feedback from Stuart.
I received my first placement the day after my registration was confirmed. The schools I have worked in have been great and it's been a varied and rewarding experience.
Education Staffing Partnership also provide access to online courses that can enhance a CV. The website is easy to navigate and the course I completed was presented in a very professional format.
I would recommend ESP to any education professional or to someone looking to become a teaching assistant. I'm always looking forward to getting my next assignment.
T. L.I have worked with ESP for 6 years as a supply Teaching Assistant. I have worked with a few others. ESP is one of the best employers I have worked for and this is one main reason I have stayed with them this long. They are friendly, supportive, easy going, partial, inclusive, reliable, geninue and a helpful company who will not take an advantage of you. They will stick with you thick and thin whatever is thrown at you as a supply working in a tough industry. I would recommend ESP as the starting point for those especially interested working in a teaching profession, graduates or NQT's. Their rates pay a bit more than other agencies, they provide on line training and advice/guidance on the phone. My Account Manager worked previously as a teacher. They are able to relate to you by their experiences and help you out when you need a lift. It helped my morale and my confidence. They listen to your concerns with respect and dignity. I definitely recommend them with no hesitation.
