As we continue to grow, HR Dept have maintained an excellent level of service and we always deal with the same people. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for day-to-day support with HR issues or if you have a specific, complex case you need help with.

Invaluable service. When legislation changes or new guidance from Government comes out, you can rely on the HR Dept to be bang on top of it and ready with advice on what we need to do and help with shaping our HR documentation to account for it. Add in their advice on best practices approaches to HR issues (positive and negative) and it makes them feel like an extended part of the team.

When we were faced with having to deal with a difficult employee the HR Dept were absolute professionals in guiding us through the process we needed to follow to be compliant with employment law .
