This is the best agency I’ve used. They’re fantastic, they always make sure you’ve got work and pay you on time. Jay and Lyen in particular have been great, whenever there is an issue they’ve been straight on the phone to sort it and make sure I know where I’m working, even offering to give me a lift home in case I didn’t have any work. I recived a call from Laura on a Wednesday with a role she thought I may be intersted in, explained it in great detial, sent my CV off, the next day (Thu) I got an interview offer for the Monday, attended and was offered the role on Tuesday... I just wanted to leave a quick review for Emma who works there as she has recently been in contact with me after coming across my CV online. Emma is one of the nicest, friendliest and most genuine of recruiters that I've ever had the privilege of speaking to of late (and I speak to quite a few of them!) and I think she is a real credit to the company. Thanks again, Em and co! :-) EDIT: 18/11/21: I would like to give a shout out to Lois who has taken over from Emma and is just as polite, friendly and efficient. I echo some other commentators on here who have praised Lois and co for their diligence and helpfulness (even when my job role didn't work out for me recently). Those ladies really are a credit as I've said before to that company and if the boss(es) should ever read this, you should be very proud of your staff. I know I would be! :-)

I have worked with Proactive for a number of years now mainly dealing with Lydia and Lois. I cannot recommend them enough! Both Lydia and Lois have been a massive help to be over the years in finding me work, supporting me in roles and helping me should I need them. If there is ever a problem regarding my placement they are always at the end of the phone or email and reply extremely quickly and effeciently. All in all they've been absolutely super and I cannot recommend them enough!

My experience with proactive has been brilliant. I got made redundant last year and Lydia and Lois of Proactive have been the only reliable, caring and helpful agency i have dealt with amongst the many in Telford i registered with. And then I had the pleasure of dealing with Proactive in Telford and I quickly realised how wrong I was!
