Before contacting eRecruitSmart we had tried advertising for the positions we had available ourselves, this proved to be a fruitless waste of money as we got no viable applicants. After discussing the roles with eRecruitSmart’s brilliant Client Outreach Manager – Omar, he was able to identify the shortcomings in our adverts and advise us on amendments which have resulted in a substantial number of applicants and allowed us to fill both vacancies. The extensive number of platforms that eRecruitSmart have at their disposal really did make a difference, allowing us to reach the applicants we needed for what is quite a unique and specialist role. We would highly recommend eRecruitSmart and their team. We will definitely be reaching out to them again in the future when we do more hiring.

I was warned by everyone that it would be 'impossible' to recruit at the moment, so I looked at traditional recruitment agencies and was floored by the fees and lack of guarantees. I'd also tried running my own Indeed and Jobsite campaigns that just disappeared among the 22,000 vacancies and received just two applicants having spent approaching £200. Then I came across erecruitsmart - and I thought it was worth a gamble. I can only say that I have been absolutely delighted with the service and the value for money. Linda guided me through the job title and description that would attract applications and we went online with a number of distinct job boards that would have taken me days to post to and manage. In the end I had a good pool of candidates that were a typical mix of suitable and unsuitable candidates - but a little bit of filtering left me with a number of strong candidates. I can honestly say that erecruitsmart provided me with a superb candidate base to review and saved me days trying to manage various sites and adverts.- I won't hesitate to use their services again.

These guys provide a fantastic recruitment advertising service across the biggest range of the top job boards I've seen a flat fee recruiter offer, they give great customer service, are always on hand to help or give advice and they provide their service for a very reasonable cost! They're also Investors in People Gold, REC members and ISO Quality accredited so they really have the credentials to back themselves up as an excellent partner to work with.
