Adrian at ITSS recruitment is the best recruiter I’ve dealt with. Helped me secure the best job and company I’ve had the pleasure to work for. It’s a very rewarding role. I have fitted right in and I turn up early and leave late purely because I love my new job. Wouldn’t have been possible without his call on the Friday afternoon, I started the following Monday. Unbelievably helpful people. Having been made redundant after 17 years, finding a new job was worrying. ITSS were brilliant, from talking me through my CV, making recommendations and putting me in touch with employers. A breath of fresh air! ITSS were really helpful from the start and I knew these people cared and were a cut above the rest. Having been made redundant due to Covid and being with the same firm for over ten years, they helped me overcome a lot of anxiety and went to lengths to explain the role, processes and my CV. They said they would make some calls and get back to me. And they did! Following two interviews, I was offered the position. So pleased. I genuinely thank you all at ITSS - I know you said that it was me that did all the work to get the position but you deserve lots of credit. What stood out in all of this was that you were so helpful. Without hesitation I would recommend ITSS Recruitment, having worked with them both as a hiring company and just recently, as "a candidate". Being informed of impending redundancy a month before Christmas having been with the company for 12 years, it was a very unsettling time. I contacted Adrian at ITSS. His understanding and empathy was a breath of fresh air and I felt very positive. He made logically suggestions and I felt that he had my best interests in the forefront of everything - it was about me getting a new job and not so much about him finding it for me! He explained that my CV could be stronger and the reasons why and what employers may look for - or not as the case may be. 48 hours later - new CV. I arranged two interviews myself and one via ITSS.
