I have applied a few jobs on Indeed for LGV Class 2 looking for work.As l am Deaf and l have been doing LGV Class 2 for 18 years. Since the Pandemic it is really difficult for most Deaf people looking for work as most people wear masks which make it even more harder. Vicki Ellis have contact me to see if l am available and most agency ask me to phone them which l can't hear on the phone so Vicki text me and back for a short interview rather than the phone which help me a lots and put me in ease. Best Connection is a very good agency. I mostly deal with Vicki, backed up by Cristina. They are both nice, friendly and welcoming. They will bend over backwards and do all they can to help you out. The only downside somerimes, is the pay rate. Other agencies advertise a higher rate of pay, for both Class I & II, and not only in London. Overall, I enjoy working for Best Connection, and I think it's down the clients that they have, but mostly the two lovely ladies I deal with.

Joined Best Connection in December 2019, took them less than 2 hours to offer me an ongoing position with then turned into a permanent job. That job was unfortunately lost due to Covid-19, and after messing about with commission only jobs for a few months, I called Best Connection again this November, and yet again I was offered an ongoing position (within a day) which I've now had for 5 weeks and will continue into the New Year at least. They also sorted every necessary with HMRC very quickly, and I got a tax return within my second weekly wage. That is the quickest such action has happened, previous jobs took as long as three months to sort things. Looking for temp to perm... or ongoing agency work... look no further than Best Connection!
