This is a Charity based organisation which means any profit made goes back into the service. The opportunities for promotion are good. If you work hard you get rewarded. They operate an open door policy which means if you have a problem you can discuss it and the management do their best to resolve the issue and are willing to work with you to make things fit with your home commitments. They encourage staff to register for their QCF qualifications and find funding for you. I have worked for many Care Agencies . The work is full on and hard, which you know before you take this up as a career, but at least with Independent Lives you are pushed to succeed and given scope to find the level you want to work at. The salary is better than most Companies.
