Went to Disney on ice. Great venue, minimal queuing. Lots a friendly staff to keep you right. Well organised and quick exit from the car park. This is massively helped by an option to pay online for your parking after your visit! Will definitely keep an eye out for more events here in the future.
G. S.
Very good new venue. The VIP Live lounge looked amazing when we were in there by accident. Sound quality is excellent. The food was a bit tough and cold even when the place had just opened, but there were some vegan options. There is a massive Pick 'n' Mix bar, which will take all your money if you are not careful.
I. G.
Loved the atmosphere in the place, bit pricey for drinks £8.50 for a pint of cider. Script were amazing so was Ella Henderson.
C. D. L. H.
We were in a caravan exhibition. It is very big with disable access and toilets well prepared. Plenty of space to show so many different types of tents and curiosities around camper. Highly recommended.
K.
First time being in the venue for a live performance, show sec we're very kind. The facility is beautiful and absolutely loved the view from our seats.
It's a shame about the pricing of food and beverages, its daylight robbery but hey, they need to make their money some how I guess 😅 😕
L. B.
Attended Bongo's Bingo tonight. Fantastic event. 100% would go again and would recommend to any adult who loves to dance, sing along, and have a bit of a dirty laugh.
Security and supervising staff were all great, felt very safe, and looked after and everything was nice and clean.
Bar prices were a bit steep but nothing too shocking, bar was also well staffed. No long waits. Drinks were cold too, which is really nice.
My only complaint was the heat. They really could've kicked up the AC as everyone was complaining of the heat. Appreciated the free cold water dispenser at the door. That really helped.
Getting in and out was easy too. Taxi dropped us into the underground car park and we were collected there too.
J. M.
Great evening. No issues getting in or out.
Celebrate Aberdeen great night then Brian Cox the following night.
G. S.
So worth the journey up from Portsmouth. Steps/sophie ellis bextor brilliant, wonderful to actually go to a live event. Only niggle was once stewards had taken section signs away there was lots of confusion. Markers on floor (masking tape) would of been good.
A.
Good venue with good tiered seating, food is very limited and dear as us the parking. Visited for the world Clydesdale show and arena was perfect for it
j. t.
The place is great but parking and getting out an absolute shambles. No disabled parking available because half was blocked off for queue system and queuing to get out was absolutely disgraceful
b. c.
Goodness it's big. Friendly staff with big smiles who are more than helpful. Could do with slightly bigger seat as you felt you were sitting on your neighbours lap. Be prepared to take out a mortgage for any refreshments as they are well over priced. venue could do with smaller halls we felt like we were in an empty gym but it was a very big audience. Won't stop us going again but maybe eat first
J. D.
Went to see Kevin Bridges. Hilarious. Not laughed so much in forever. Seats are comfortable. Special seating area for wheelchair users.
Getting off the car park is a bit slow after the gig. You can pay from home for car parking, you don't need to queue.
D. C.
I would say pretty good. Bad points for me is no food or water can be brought into the venue.
But the seats are comfortable and the parking good and most importantly getting out of the parking lot was well executed and stress free.
E. M.
Good venue. Lots of room to mingle and move around outside before the gig starts which is refreshing compared to the OVO Hydro in Glasgow. Prices of drink and food very high though in comparison to other venues ...you've been warned.
Parking busy but best way to is pay online within 24 hours. Signed and explanation isn't great.
Staff were very friendly.
One thing I noticed was a bit sound reverberation when standing near the back corner. Would find that very annoying sitting back there.
A. R.
Great road system to the venue and parking was excellent with attendants there to direct you. Inside was very well organised also and not too cold as some venues can be. Overall a great experience and would not hesitate to go back.
G. M.
Very organised entry, quick through security with minimal wait in -5 temp( thankfully).
Venue is clean with many bar outlets but sadly lacks on food... What there is ( nachos, burgers, chips) are hard to find with only certain outlets selling these despite all the outlets looking similar.. absolutely extortionate prices; between £7.50 and £8 / pint, £5 for chips and around £7.50 for a very standard burger ...
Actual event viewing is good, lots of seating and much floor space, exit quick and organised.... Staff are plentiful and pleasant.
C. S.
Visited for Kevin Bridges last weekend and it was a fab experience. Queues on arrival but they were cleared really quickly. Plenty of options for food and drink once inside and didn't have to wait too long to be served. Looking forward to returning!
B. S.
We attended the Saturday of the world Clydesdale show 2022.
The show gets 5 stars for sure.
The first time it's ever been outside America and Canada.
The P&J live as a venue was great too.
Catering had its usual queueing challenges at busy times, food was good but the usual "captive audience" tax was applied (£11.50 for a cup of tea and a burger)
The burger was decent quality though.
Lookin forward to visiting again for an event in the future.
A. S.
The only issue I have is extortionate cost of parking, including for disabled people parking in the underground car park. Events are already expensive especially if you are attending a conference over several days. Once inside however the venue is spacious, great accessibility and facilities. A great venue Conferences and I can imagine that large concerts and comedians shows here would be fantastic. A huge mistake not to bring Eurovision to this venue in Aberdeen with Aberdeen Airport within a mile, Dyce railway station, the AWPR and A96 roads so close it's difficult to find a better connected venue anyway in the British Isles.
K. w.
Generally well organised other than the smoking area. Why build a state of the art venue only to herd the smokers into a makeshift cattle pen accessed through a fire door?
M. M.
Went for the Kevin Bridges show on the Saturday, great venue .Access was a breeze facilities are great and concessions are abundant (bit pricey)but that’s to be expected .once the gig was done back in the house in northfield in less than 20 mins no complaints at all.👍
i. h.
Great place.. prices a bit steep inside and car underground carpark can be a bit stand off waiting to get out but overall staff very helpful and facilities clean.
J. A.
Went here to see Brian Cox. Not impressed tbh, food and drink extortionate prices and frankly worse than microwave plane food, parking was expensive and the seats were very uncomfortable.
F. S.
State of the art conference centre.
In keeping with most venues like this, it's always let down by the huge queues when leaving the car park.
F. A. B.
Very big space , arena yesterday attend my sister Graduation convocation from RGU. Parking space alot available but bit costly we paid £4.50 just for 2 hours of car park.
D. C.
7.95 a pint, would be acceptable if the staff knew what they were asked for, venue itself incredible.
E. D.
Loved it. thanks Bryan Adams for coming over here and preforming miss being there already. Pretty sure all the songs will be stuck in my head tomorrow as well as my scratchy voice from the night before.
M. M.
Great day out entertained by Craig the kilted chef amongst others at The Taste of Grampian.
B. T.
Fab venue, visited for daughter's graduation....but while parking is easy, getting back to your car is dreadful! We exited the venue and walked back to the doors we exited the car park from but they were firmly locked from inside. We walked back to venue entrance and there were NO signs to car park and it was not immediately obvious. After wandering around, we found a door leading to car park but it was locked and required a pin. We had no pin and no idea where to get one. Another lost soul googled a phone number and eventually got through and got a pin....but this was not an obvious solution. We got down to the underground car park and presented ourselves at the pay machine. Add registration number it said...but apparently it didn't recognise my car. I did it again and then I had to enter my admission time...I didn't know what time I had arrived so to be on the safe side, I made my entry time earlier than I had arrived....then got charged extra for the privilege! So...great venue but parking really needs sorting!
R. N.
poor signage on the approaches parking fine until you want to leave 40 minutes to leave carpark .
T. H.
Went there to see tennis: Battle of the Brits. Good event but complex could do with better signage and stewarding.
T. r.
Staff are very Polite and Informative.
The place is impeccably clean and spacious.
The process was very smooth and efficient.
Recommend all to get vaccinated here as soon as possible.
E. F.
Great place to see a concert. Convenient underground parking.
g. m.
Much better than expected.. stereophonics were very professional.. sound was decent.. bar queues not the best, but the bus to and from worked very well..
I. M.
Good for concerts and conferences but need a mortgage for food and drink.Parking a bit steep as well and beware the bus lane camera on the way out or 30 pound fine.
E. J. K.
Was OK. Got a disabled seat at the front, the act never came over to my side, pretty disappointed. Lovely staff. Ok night
R. B.
Helpful staff and plenty toilet facilities!
Expensive food and drink with no alternative options unfortunately, but the show venue was lovely
T. G.
Kevin bridges brilliant only thing that was disappointing was smoking area quite long to have a cig lol £££ for drinks lol must all think were millionaires 😂
R. G.
This concert venue was amazing, like no other, because no matter where you were seated, the view was perfect, great food, great facilities, overall an amazing experience (these images were back row seats)
A. W.
Fantastic venue. Very easy to get to. The sound quality in the venue is the best I've experienced - sounded fantastic.
T. R.
Amazing venue, everything brand new, in good working condition and well thought out. I was there as part of the Floating Offshore Wind 2022.
p. o.
Good venue. Haven't had a bad seat yet for a show. Food and drinks are fine
J. G.
Great parking fantastic venue could do with more seating at bar and coffee stand
D. P.
Nice venue
Good for gigs and Exhibitions
Could do with a bar more ore two!
C. T.
Nice event space, one very nice member of staff who took notice of my friends disability and managed to seat us in better seats. As for the catering it was abysmal along with the people serving it . £4 for 10 cold chips and £6.60 for a cardboard cheeseburger disgusting but they have you captive as you aren't allowed your own food and drink .
j. s.
Just a fantastic all round experience
C. M.
Not a fan ok for big events but def missing the old exhibition centre for slightly smaller events. Unfinished building makes it look as if construction has been hurried. Glasgow and further afield have more to offer.
M. S.
Freezing cold, no heating. Paid for vip and it took 30 mins to get what you asked for
J. O.
Very clean and very busy. My only issue was the exit to the car park is not very clear and after driving around we finally found it
K. R.
The location is great and hotels and taxis were great. Really good place 🙂
L. P.
Great facility to see an event. Was very quick to get through security and get inside. The only flaw I have is the price of drinks and the service behind the bars. The service was extremely slow, it seemed like it was the first time behind a bar for many staff. This resulted in missing quite a lot of the darts.
M. V.
Good venue.
Went to see Bill Bailey here with some trepidation regarding parking and access. It was fine with plenty of time to get in. Of course it was slow getting out but took about 20 minutes total.
Food and drink ate on the pricey side but this is typical.
J. A.
Saw Rod Stewart. Everyome there had been a fan since his start. Great atmosphere.
D. W.
What a size! Heating was on and drinks and hotdogs available. Easy evening.
L. T.
Was here for Comicon North East and thought the place was great, plenty parking for this event, quick security and plenty space inside.
Downside is the food and juice is expensive and you can't get anywhere else and there is a lack of seating for eating too......
But good time had overall 😁
C. T.
Excellent facility, but Expensive!!!! 2 Hot dogs, 1 small chips, 1 coke & 1 vodka ice = £25.70 😱
S. F.
£60 for:
4 cheeseburgers
4 fries (very, very small portion)
4 diet cokes (don’t expect help if your a diabetic - they have zero drinks with sugar).
Rip off city!!
Venue good for tunes!!
l. N.
Its a great place to be. Just add extra time before your arrival because if it's your first time, chances are you're going to get lost.
E. M.
Saw Brian Cox. Helpful and friendly staff. But 3 quid for an undrinkable instant coffee ? Come on.
S.
Won tickets in a competiton through P&J Facebook page, Brilliant seats, great atmosphere and a good night! Prices for food and drinks are a bit costly especially in todays cost of living issues apart from Costa coffee!
Had an issue with a member of showsec but was determined not to let it spoil our evening!
A. L.
Great venue for the RGU Graduation ceremony. But the underground parking! Clear instructions are required for payment! More ticket machines! Some of them were also out of order. God knows what it's like when the place is busy! Needs major improvement in this area.
R. N.
bit of a barn paying for parking is problematic. took me 15 hours and multiple attempts online.
I. M.
Great venue. Great staff. Very pricey catering
P. o.
Been there for concerts, events and Exhibitions great venue
N. G.
Kevin Bridges was excellent! Far better arena than AECC.
S. D.
Cracking venue with ample parking, shame it's £7.00 !a pint though
W. T.
Caravan show good, liked the little stalls of cakes, fudge, preserves. I know the charity stalls need money and if it was collection tins they would of received a donation but it makes people feel awkward when getting approached at an event we pay to enter to sign up for monthly donations.. I was scouted out 3 times for this kind of thing. Anyway, decent event.. better if charities just took one of donations too!
A. R.
Nice, shiny new venue, however, the road network to the venue has too many roads from differing directions, all aiming for one entry road to the carpark, creating traffic chaos, it took an age to get from Bucksburn to TECA. Lack of visible seating plans in the venue. Extortionate prices for food & drink, and an echo to the sound further back in the main hall, something that put me off going to concerts at the old AECC. I prefer the Hydro / SECC as a music venue to TECA / P&J. But the show itself, Andre Rieu, was excellent!
C. S.
Super well designed venue, the concert hall itself was surprisingly small for the building, but the drinks were an absolute ripoff as expected. Perhaps the most efficient experience for a mass-attendance event I've ever been to though.
C. S.
Not bad, acoustics could be better. Too big a stadium.
Y. A.
Excellent venue, thoroughly enjoyed for a Michael Bublé concert. Quite busy leaving so make sure you account for that when you're time planning!
C. B.
Kevin bridges ...........pure brilliant got pished on it with the Mrs one of them nights loved it
J. F.
Seats are very small and uncomfortable. I was one of slimmest one around and I hardly fitted inside the chair. No wardrobe to live winter jacket. People are coming to the concert hall with food and alcohol and soon its all on the floor. Guys you need to learn from Moscow concert halls. It's so well organized.... Leona Lewis were fantastic. Your concert hall not good. Maybe for people in Aberdeen is enough? I don't know. Not sure.
K. M.
Taste of Grampian was a very good, well organised event with lots to see, taste and buy. Brilliant cooking shows by James Martin and Si King.
O. I.
An impressive state-of-the art events centre located in Aberdeen, Scotland. This facility is massive with top-notch facilities built to host large gatherings of people. I attended Offshore Europe here and was impressed to see that all the companies had adequate spaces for their exhibitions. There is multiple access to the centre as well as large underground car park.
N. W.
Went to look at the caravans and campers, not as good as when we went last year unfortunately
B. C.
Thru for a festival, well set out. Plenty room to mingle round all the stalls
M. K.
Clean and works well as a large venue. Lacks character and disability-friendly entrance/support was not evident.
I. W.
Nice venue, plenty of blue badge parking
S. K.
Great venue, sound was good. Bar prices very high but to be expected. Staff were friendly and professional
D. M.
Nice and new staff didn't have much of a cue about the place tho need more training
L. G.
Have been to a a couple of events here and helped coordinate an event here now, venue is good, staff are friendly and helpful. However food, parking, tickets and venue hire are extremely expensive.
A. O.
went to the watch the darts plenty of room to move about more than enough toilets and plenty of bars to get food and drink
great place with more than 6 hotels within walking distance
on the stagecoach bus route walking distance of the airport and a great place to go and see a concert or show
will certainly be going back
r. l.
Very large venue. Went to see André Rieu there. Plenty of car parking at the venue 2200 spaces and you can pay up to 24 hours online after you leave.
N. B.
Great conference centre; immense and well planned to accommodate huge audiences and multiple parallel meetings. Huge parking area, easily accessible, close hotels and short distance from aberdeen airport. The staff were superb.
I. M.
The traffic arrangements were appalling, little or no organisation. (The accident at Thainstone had little to do with it)The entrance & exit was well organised. The show itself was fabulous, very well presented.
J. K. M.
Just had my first visit and certainly wont be my last. Every aspect of the trip was spot on and swift. From parking, entrance, toilets, staff and exit I was just amazed. Everything you want from an event space and now my go to place anytime I have to choose between Edinburgh and Glasgow.
C. K.
Excellent facity. Very well managed.
D. A.
Went to Brian Adams great gig . No hassle getting parked ,great venue to see a band . Only gripe I have was the bar staff very slow service
G. F.
Has all the charm of an aircraft hanger, acoustics are poor and the environs are like a war zone. Good to see some acts coming up to NE though.
L. B.
Food is expensive there is only diet drinks and no way to pay cash
Arena is fantastic
C. T.
Good to see range of events on . Staff , catering and prices very poor.
M. D.
As always, safe and well staffed. Parking no probem and exiting from underground parking very efficiently policed. Words cannot say how marvellous Ball and Boe were on stage - professional, relaxed, well prepared and always entertaining. Megan McKenna was a worthy back-up artiste. Well worth the effort to get there.
M. S.
Very well organised, clean and welcoming.
G. P.
Impressive building. Parking was a bit of a problem, abs taxis weren't plentiful. I suggest you pre-book a taxi if you're going to a gig
l. g.
Excellent facility, was fortunate enough to get on vip guest list for free so shouldnt complain but queuing for over 15minutes at interval for a drink as they had 1 server then two then three then four on, 4 from the very start would have cut times alot
F. C.
Great venue, nice easy parking,
J. M.
Great venue, but expensive for drinks and snacks
s. w.
Went to get my vaccine there nurses were freindly. Asked if ate anything gave me a rich tea biscuit. Allowed 15 minutes to recover great experience.
C. H.
brilliant arena, spacious and fabulous staff
L.
Great Venue for events and concerts. Parking is a but pricey but there is a good bus service available to central locations for a few pounds. Lots of options for big and small events here. I've been here for various events and have always been happy with the service and venue. Vegan options are great!
S. G.
Fabulous arena, but limited food available and overpriced
G.
Went to get my vaccine. Whole area was well laid out to cater for the socially distanced visit. Doesn't really need to be said, but he NHS staff who hosted were exemplary
S. F.
Great comicon big letdown with the catering. Bought a hotdogs and a small bottle of water. £8. £5.50 for hotdogs and £2.50 for small bottle of water!. Hotdog was served in a stale bun and no ketchup available.
C. p.
Very nice looking place, definitely bigger inside than it looks, car park under ground too, escalators as you go in. Was there for covid vaccine, so can't tell if it would sound good for a singer,
A. M.
Very efficient friendly, helpful staff venue clean and well organised, an amazing setting
J. M.
Clean and modern facilities. Well organised inside and good layout. Staff could be more helpful in guiding and controlling parking during events as this would make it smoother, quicker and easier for people when leaving events.
C. E.
Currently hosting an NHS vaccination center. Great place to go when you get the invite. Can't recommend it highly enough compared to death by covid 19. Staff are very helpful all the way from the carpark through to getting you out the door. Working hard to maintain a clean and orderly environment to get you injected.
r. g.
Clean tidy venue friendly staff
P. K.
It's a huge new building currently being used for CoVid vaccinations. The vaccination service is brilliant; the building is a bit brutalist. They've done a good job on the landscaping which should help embed the building once it's grown up.
d.
Went to the comic con 2022 and it was amazing. Huge space filled with many things to see and do and all still well spaced out
s. g.
The venue was very easy to access and the staff were friendly and very helpful.
There was an upbeat vibe about the whole experience.
B. V.
Clean, plenty of room for social distancing and the staff were friendly, got my jab faster than expected and the piped music was just at the right level.
They are missing a trick, it would be perfect for some kinds of conventions and such! 😛
P. W.
Great venue, great location, great acts
Kiosks struggle a wee bit to keep up with food
Enjoy attending events here - both business and leisure
M. M.
Good venue for large events like graduation ceremonies.
G. N.
The venue is actually really nice. I went to the games con there and it was nicely laid out. The main reason for a 3 star rating instead of 5 star rating is the cost of the car park and the cost of the food. 2 packets of crisps and 2 bottles of diet coke cost £9.60
L. U.
Went to see The Drifters. Was a good night but you need a second mortgage or to sell kidney if you want to have a drink whilst there. Parking is extortionate too.
P. G.
Just attended the script concert and was impressed by the venue, very spacious and entry and exits very good, easy enough to navigate round. My only criticism is the food, hugely overpriced and not very good quality, I mean £6 for a below standard cheeseburger and £3.80 for a small tray of chips, even worse £3 for a bag of crisps and £5 for a cup of fizzy juice, absolutely ridiculous, I don't mind a bit of profit but that's taking the piss .
A. F.
Is the 1st time I've been here and wow its huge, the main hall when you go in is massive, but plenty of people there to keep you right. The queues at the bars looked a bit daunting but we were served in no time at all. The arena is amazing with tiered seating (really comfy chairs) so you can see over that really tall person that always sits in front of you. Thought when we were leaving it would be an nightmare with 10,000 people all leaving at once but it was a breeze, the staff are well trained for this and did a great job.
D. R.
Sadly didn't go there for a concert but for the coronavirus jab. Obviously easy to park on this occasion. What I saw of the building was most impressive. Looking forward to going back for a concert, hopefully not too long from now.
S. W.
Used Android Auto to tell me where to go. Was very accurate. Parked easily when there. Lots of people to direct you. Well signed and well managed Covid 19 vaccination process.
P. G.
Best place ever for entertainment . Aberdeen should be proud of it .
S. M.
What a place this is!!! It's 100% better than the old AECC. It's bigger, brighter, more welcoming, acres of parking places also. With the new peripheral route in place, makes it a doddle to get to now without being held up in commuter traffic.
D. I.
The venue was very impressive, but arrangements for going into the arena could have been better.
A. R.
Went fir my Covid vaccination here and I was impressed at how slick the operation is and how wonderful the NHS staff and volunteers were. There’s no confusion where to go as you are guided everywhere. Just 1st Class
B. G.
Went to Kevin Bridges, what a terrific venue
F. M.
We thoroughly enjoyed the Michael Ball and Alfie Boe show. Helpful, attentive staff. Good parking. Smooth operation.
L. B.
Very expensive, no need for it. £7 a pint is greedy. The venue is very nice though.
G. M.
Great venue for concerts. Excellent sound and atmosphere. 2 stars off for not having a cloakroom. No one wants to carry a wet or heavy jacket around for 4 hours at a concert. Real mistake not having one in place
B. A. G.
The costs are exorbitant, the car park is very expensive and getting out of the venue is difficult. The gap to the stage/performing area is large, so even a front row seat is way back. Unless you pay for a VIP seat, you're 15 meters away in the front row.
The facilities are nice, but the toilet queue is at least 15 minutes long.
Compared to other venues in other cities, this massively over priced. If you are traveling, choose another city.
J. G.
What an incredible venue.
Wonderful welcome, great views, acoustics and service.
Exiting was just as impressive with hot tea and coffee at the taxi rank which was very well managed.
I'd really recommend it.
J. F.
Visited the place for covid vaccination, works from 8am to 8pm, excellent arrangements with social distancing. Great staffs of NHS make it easier for you.
N. M.
Food and drink queues really slow, even within 30 mins of the doors opening. 15 mins wait to get a burger.
C. M.
Great venue. This was my first visit. There is a car park but I did not use it. As per all other venues like this a premium price is to be paid if you want food and drink. In all a vast improvement on the previous centre we had.
N. M.
Been twice fab nights on both defo be back
S.
Welcome to Aberdeen the only venue where they don't employ Bar people. Recently attended The BBC SPORTY and asked for a 'Glass" of wine. I was informed that they had no small bottles and had to purchase a 750ml Bottle to get one Glass.....it appears that the Bar people are unable like others bars all over the world to pour a glass of wine from a 750ml bottle.....
I. H.
Easy access from the underground car park. Exhibitors well spaced out but not too many of them, only two halls and a bit in the foyer.
J. M.
Great venue fir horse show
K.
Attended the Covid-19 Vaccination Centre. Every single worker from Security to NHS staff were extremely kind, helpful & cheerful.
10/10 to everyone!!
🤩👍🤩👍
N. R.
Massively inflated prices. £10 to park is daylight robbery. Especially as transport options are limited. Food and drink are very expensive also.
I would actually choose the hydro over here as it feels a more open and friendly space with slightly lower prices in a central location.
M. G.
Recently attended a concert here.
Must say sound and atmosphere very good but really let down down by catering .
I've been to events in Glasgow and London recently and the catering there very good and as quick as possible with minimal sure.
Aberdeen and P&J Live have a modern excellent facility but to wait iver 40 mins to be served is a let down and over priced also.
Please address this as this needs to be improved..... also more cleaners needed in toilets
P. M.
Covid vaccination center was calm, well organised and well staffed. Parking was convenient and well signed, as were routes into and out of the building.
M. S.
We came here for Russell Howard. You can tell everything was new. Some of the staff seemed stressed and unfriendly. Due to some error is sticking numbers on seats, Ushers were taking people to wrong sections and seats which caused a few arguments.
The Parking situation when you leave is a bit chaotic.
I understand this was the first big opening venue, so i hope when i come back here in the future, everything will be much better and will give a much higher rating
T. S.
I can only comment on this as I had my covid jag in here, so if your funny with heights dont use the lift, thought I was going to pass.oot in there and wear cosy jacket cause it is draughty, also enclosed shoes or boots cause there's always puddles in the car park.
S. E.
Fantastic show at the World Clydesdale Show.
E. B.
Great venue for conventions etc. City centre bus goes out there, and there is plenty parking
I. B.
Got my 2nd covid jab today, there was a queue but it went done quickly. The staff were impeccable as usual, big thank you to all the nurses.
D. C.
Excellent! Parking brilliant .All nurses and staff totally amazing! Got 2nd vaccine. Thanks to all staff for your hard work and help.
C. B.
Good venue, similar to the Hydro in Glasgow, possibly some teething problems causing confusion about seat numbers, not enough staff to direct/re-direct people to the correct areas but otherwise great. Oh, food and drink prices extortionate but that's common to these sorts of venues.
G. A.
Excellent venue, the concert we went to was well organised by friendly efficient staff
D. M.
First time at a comicom. Very busy and a lot of people dressed in costumes. Loads of stalls and things to do. Suits all ages.
C. N.
Excellent venue, well organised.
S. C.
My first concert
It was brilliant
Go really early for carpark !
E. F.
I went to the Gerry Cinnamon gig and found it well organised. It was simple to get in and through security.
Yes the bar ques were huge but with 15,000 I dont know what people expect.
We had standing tickets, got really near the front but it wasn't crammed you couldnt move. Stagg were all great.
I thought the venue was great.
J. H.
The venue has the potential to be fantastic, but it's not quite there yet, nor is the onsite cost of food. Also got a fair bit of work to do on the underground parking pantomime when trying to leave the premises but I hope this will get resolved shortly if they want customers to return.
J. T.
What should we call the place? The AECC? TECA? GE arena? BHGE arena? No one cares who the sponsor is, and the revious exhibition centre often changed its name to the point you didn't know where the venue was when you looked up info on a gig.
That aside, the place is still nice and new. Carpark looks unfinished. Could do with all being tarred and has no parent & child spaces. Route out isn't that well marked. One car traveled passed the right turn to go out, a section of road which was marked service vehicles only on the way in. Parking is pay on exit, so *everyone* is queued at three pay stations. Some facilities are lacking. Only one baby changing open and no toilet inside (where does a parent go to the toilet when they have their pram?)
Everywhere is hand dryers, no paper. I get it is supposed to be more environmentally friendly, but not everyone agrees on hygiene and you take a toddler in who is terrified of the hand dryer noise (with ignorent people who see that but still use them anyway).
F. R.
Amazing venue but parking has some issues
p. S.
Very impressive venue for gigs etc have visited hear for camping show concert and of course the COVID jabs
B. S.
Was an absolute pleasure to be at a concert with andre rui and every member of staff were helpful and polite
S. O.
Went for my Covid 19 vaccines. Signage was great. Parking wasn't an issue and the staff were fantastic.
A. S.
Went to see Alice Cooper on the 5th of October, the venue its self is fine, but the transport links are poor, after the show there was a massive queue for taxi's and the taxi's few and far between approx. 10 minute intervals , if you are attending a show make sure you have transport arranged for after the show otherwise you're going to have a very long night if you are attending a show make sure you have transport arranged for after the show otherwise you're going to have a very long night
A. A.
Great venue sound systems is very good. Food just outside the main hall is not great but this is common in similar venues. There is a restaurant on the 1st floor which I would expect to be better.
T. G.
Got my covid vaccine here, very large building, plenty car parking easy well signposted entrance
J. E.
Was at the P&J live for Gamecon sometime ago. Large parts of it were shut as it wasnt a full blown concert but you could tell a few things needed to be ironed out in terms of management amd organisation. Long unnescessary queues outside in the cold that could have been avoided, removal of liquid/food items from the mum with young baby. Staff were pleasant and friendly but it wasnt slick. Its a new venue bringing alot of great events to the area and Im sure things will get better as they gather more feedback.
i. N.
Went to TECA for 2nd Covid Vaccination - no real waiting, hardly felt needle, 15 minutes rest time and away again. Great nhs staff too.
J. S.
Good venue, underground parking, good flow for getting in and a brilliant space inside.
L. C.
Friendly and helpful staff. Underground carpark is a novelty, but find the arrows to follow road are a bit all over the place.
M. R.
Love the place. Went last night and enjoy every minute of it. My only complaint is the food burger was dry. And a very confused carpark payment. But well done for a good event.
A. M.
Pretty epic building for events.
The acoustics for the music concert I attended were superb. Really impressed.
T. C.
M buble superb seating very poorly managed row letters too small to see ,we were in area q .
Not enough tired seating for better viewing. Would still drive to the hydro in Glasgow
M. B.
Fiona was lovely, explained in all area needed, was put at ease , friendly nhs, im always happy and lucky ky to have free care were all blessed, thank u nhs, its means the world to me greT work bless.
K. S.
Having a great time at Westlife!
R. L.
It is easy to find on your bicycle and a pleasant ride past Grampian chickens walk over the duel carriage way turn right and off you go to dyce and turn left sign posted with bicycles rack at front door way
m. l.

Was there for my second vaccine jag, its huge! Looks great, can't wait to go there for its intended purpose.
n. b.

K. D.
Fantastic night seeing George Ezera
D. B.
Was there for a Madness concert had an absolute blast venue was good prices of beer was a bit expensive but what do you expect
s. w.
Only 10 mins queing to get a drink. Very good for a Rod Stewart gig. Excellent sound and plenty room with a good view. And of course a great show from Sir Rod Stewart.
D. T.

A. P.
Mass vaccination centre located in p&J.
Very well organised. Clear routes. Quick service. Very impressed.
C. M.
Sat down with a nice young man who asked me some questions. After that he stabbed me with a needle and told me to go sit with the rest.
A grand couple of hours off work.
N. C.
Came here to get both my covid jabs and on both occasions it was extremely efficient and staff on hand were very friendly. It's all well laid out and very well signposted
R. C.
It's massive well built was there today to get first vaccination.they are doing great work there at the moment
C. H.
Concert was amazing!!! Lattes weren't good for the price you paid it was disappointing
N. H.
Disney on ice was fantastic but parking and Disney merchandise was extortionate. Venue is top notch.
L. M.
We saw Strictly here it is huge! Not enough loos, staff were nice and queue was fine. I've heard parking can be tiresome and best to park on groundlevel.
E. c.
Great Venue. A few teething issues. would hate to be Queuing in foul weather through security. before getting in...ladies toilet entrance??? why oh why is there not a door for in and seperate OUT. all sqeezing in to a small entrance when in . there are plentyof toilets and a lady wiping down the sinls as pthe water comes out very forcfully and goes everywhere.
G. M.
Seating sections not very clear, lots of people having to move as were in wrong seats. Good view of stage but monitors, as used in AECC and other venues would be beneficial
I. L.
Very good venue. Good parking, which was free for the particular event that I attended.
b. c.
Fantastic me and Lindsey had great night food was a bit expensive
I. M.
Good venue and it was a great show, however the car parking fee is ridiculous, we saw a show and doors opened at 6, travelled from inverness so got there on time, didnt get let in till half an hour later and then by the time the show finished it had been more than 3 hours so got charged 10£ to park, also only 3 machines for the car park caused queues after which is the last thing you want when you have a drive ahead of you...the price of food is also really expensive, the organisation isn't great but the acts themselves are great
N. G.
Great venue for a wide variety of events
B. M.
The organisation inside the building is very good If not first class
BUT THE SINAGE TO THE VENUE IS NONE EXSISTANT
APART FROM THE ONE ON THE
MAIN ROAD TOWARDS THE AIRPORT AFTER THAT YOU ARE
ON YOUR OWN
I heard a lot of people saying the same
A. R.
What an amazing place. And very large.
P. L.
Great venue, easy to access and well managed. It is expensive but no different to other similar venues. Hope they continue to attract great shows.
L. D.
Good security, lots of staff to help but it was really well signposted in the arena to find your block and seats. Seats were a bit uncomfortable but lots of space between rows.
D. H.
Easy access everything inside is geared towards ease of use. Quite a few of the staff misdirected us but we got there and I,d recommend 201 block upwards great views of stage etc.
C. H.
The building is brand new and easy to find and parking simple however signage to return to your car is poor. Signage from the car park into the vrnue is poor too.
R. C.
Parking and drink prices extortionate.
R. W.
Exhibition and conference centre. Graduation ceremony.
S. C.
At this venue for covid injection. Brilliantly organised with everyone as helpful and efficient as possible. A massive thank you to everyone involved.
