Needs supporting more to keep this available to the locals. The venue has a variety of shows, concerts, local talent and famous ones too, that venture to perform. Small compact venue that packs a punch and delivers. Recently Cast theatre group, local, performed 'my son pinnochio' which I performed in alongside my daughter.

Modern, clean, well lit. Seats in the theatre are uncomfortable for long periods of sitting ie a show.

Very pleased with the seating arrangements. I requested the back row as I think there is a little extra leg room which my husband particularly appreciates. The reception staff were extremely helpful, especially Sharon who sorted out my ticket issues, thanks again for your concern, and kindness. In the interval we went along to the cafe, where service was quick and efficient, and there was plenty of choice on offer. The building is warm and welcoming, and the public areas are clean and well decorated. There are no issues with car parking, this was free in the evening, and we were just over the road from The Forum in the town hall car park.

Great venue, comfy seats with plenty of leg room. Needed to have a thicker top as the air con was a bit too cold for the time of year. Although i didnt use the cafe or bar both looked nice. Toilets were plentiful and clean and modern. Would definitely book again

Great venue in the middle of town for events, shows and special occasions. Large sloped auditorium with comfortable seating and good views of the stage from all areas. Box office desk near main entrance manned by friendly helpful staff and great cafe area selling good range of food and drink at reasonable prices.

Went to see Paul Jones Manfreds Blues band last night absolutely fantastic. Paul Jones fantastic introduction with humour. Each individual musician played fabulous solo's and as a group they were superb. Excellent musicians individually and together. It's a pity it wasn't a full house many people missed a really professional enjoyable show. FABULOUS! Seen them 3 times before. Hope they come again xxx

A lovely little venue, great act last night made it all the better. Team at the forum were all super helpful. The parking was a breeze massive pay and display place behind the town hall that only charges to 6pm so was free to use for our gig. Great night out

Its a good thing to have here for shows etc. The rooms arnt overly big but big enough for a good sized audience. Plus the levels in elevation mean that even with someone 7 foot tall in front of you, you're still gonna see the stage as the rises are more than ample.

Great coffee and cakes. A cracking place to have a break during your shopping as it's situated next to the market. A bonus for many will be its closeness to car parks and all major bus stops. There are spacious, spotlessly clean toilets with baby changing facilities too. At night The Forum becomes Barrow's premier entertainment center featuring everything from films to rock bands and lectures to pantomime. Give it a try!

Great local civic venue. Check website for shows, some top names on the bill but they sell out quickly. Great coffee shop and bar. Wonderful staff.

Is quite a good place to go see events, we went to milkshake live which was amazing for our 4 year old, only thing is Barrow is a drive for us but is worth going if anything good is on, it's quite central and parking is nearby!!

A good all round venue. Convertible teired seated stage auditorium or flat floor hall. Smaller function rooms and small teired seating presentation suite. Bars and café. Large range of events from music and shows to society tals and wine tasting. Big name comedians to local music societies.

Went to the forum cafe. We had the Turkish delight hot chocolate. It was beautiful and tasted exactly as we expected. Fav hot choc in town now.

The forum is a great place to visit to see live entertainment. There is light refreshments and a bar good atmosphere. Easy parking in the car park that's near the forum.

I was shocked at how much more expensive it is to what it used to be. £4.20 for a sandwich too much, would rather pay a little bit more in a restaurant and get a proper meal. Sandwich was ok.

I really enjoy going here for the comedy gigs. The forum has been able to book some really top acts such as Lee Evans, Ed Byrne, Sarah Millican, Omid Djalili and many others.

A regular eating here and on the whole enjoy the pensioners specials however yesterday was a disappointment the steak and ale pie was way too salty I was unable to eat it though staff were lovely and refunded the cost with out question x
