Originally came in on my own just to browse and found THE dress! Spoke with Dean and Laura and they took me to try on the dress in my size. They were so lovely and friendly, made me feel amazing about myself. Had great ideas about things and explained what happens when a dress is picked. They weren't pushy sales people (experienced this in several bridal shops) and were just their genuine kind selves. I loved them so much! Brought the dress there and then and they brought Kate out with the SAY YES TO THE DRESS <3 she was so sweet! Honestly made everything so easy for me and no pressure or expectation to buy. Love you all!

I could not recommend this place enough. My sister got married a few years ago and chose an amazing dress from here. I've visited today, absolutely fell in love with my dress and ordered from here too!!!! The store has a huge variety of styles to choose from and they are very reasonably priced, yet look really expensive. The staff from start to finish were friendly and helpful. From the man on your first call booking your appointment, to the floor staff and my stylist. Everyone was lovely. My stylist was Kate, and she was fantastic. She knew each designer within the shop, their range and styles. She listened to everything I had to say and was able to direct me to the kind of dresses I was looking for. She picked out my perfect dress, it was the first I tried on and I was happy immediately. Thank you so much Kate, and all the staff at Davids bridal. You have made my day enjoyable, stress free and the overall experience a perfect one 🥰

What can I say about the wonderful Kate at David’s Bridal in Birmingham? She made the whole experience one of absolute joy. She immediately put me at ease, from first speaking to her on the phone to that first meeting in store, showing me around all of the beautiful dresses, a second appointment in store to make sure I knew I’d found ‘the one’ - her patience is endless. Kate is so passionate about her job and takes on board all of your feedback about each dress knowing just what to suggest next. She found the perfect accessories to finish the look - she is a fabulous stylist. The whole team were genuinely excited for each bride ringing that bell! I highly recommend David’s, and if you get to choose a stylist, ask for Kate. She will welcome you with open arms and make you feel amazing. She feels like part of the family and I can’t imagine choosing a dress with anyone else.

I found my dress at David’s bridal! It was my first and only experience trying on wedding dresses. It was the third dress I tried on and thanks to Leanne, I didn’t have to look anymore! She was the best consultant I could ask for and she made the experience absolutely incredible- 12 out of 10! But I must also say that all the staff are wonderful and made us feel so comfortable and well taken care of. They have a tradition that is like none other when you find you’re perfect dress. 100% would recommend!

We had the absolute pleasure of having our appointment with Charlotte at David’s Bridal Birmingham. She was amazing from start to finish (and we were there for a good while). Charlotte was so knowledgeable about all the different dresses, materials and styles. She was attentive and just a joy to have helping us. Some of my bridesmaids were a little nervous about trying on and browsing but Charlotte completely put everyone at ease and put so much thought into helping us pick the right dresses. She made it such a warm and welcoming environment and we all left feeling so positive. It was faultless and just a really lovely personal experience. Thank you Charlotte!!

I dont have enough wonderful things to say about Lydia at David's Bridal. After trying on so many dresses elsewhere, I settled for buying something to make do on my big day. Then today I popped in to David's Bridal and was greeted by Lydia. Straight away she made me feel like I was catching up with an old friend rather than an overly nice sales assistant that wanted to make a sale. She was lovely, but real and listened to what I wanted. She helped me pick out a few dresses and gave honest feedback if it didn't look right. When I put on 'my dress' she knew as well as I did that it was perfect for me. She made my experience super special and I can't recommend her highly enough. Lydia, if you get to read this - from the bottom of my heart thank you so much, im going to feel a million dollars on my wedding day and a big part of that is down to you 💞💞💞

Had an amazing experience with the David's Bridal team for my mums bridal appointment and bridesmaid appointment. My mum was extremely nervous about trying on wedding gowns but was completely put at ease with our amazing stylist Hannah. We left on cloud nine after choosing her dream dress and matching bridesmaids dresses. Shout out to the gorgeous Lydia & Dean for helping the appointment & making my mums day so very special. I couldn’t recommend David’s Bridal enough! I went to the Birmingham store to find my wedding dress and all the staff were amazing - they made me and my guests feel so welcome and made the whole experience so special! In particular, we were very lucky to have an appointment with Kate who was absolutely brilliant - she made me feel so comfortable, knew the answers to all our questions and gave us as much time as we needed to make a decision! She definitely made the experience extra special! I can’t wait to go back with all my bridesmaids for another appointment

I had a great experience here today. I had already seen another dress elsewhere but as i hadn't tried much else on i kept this appointment. The team were really friendly and Georgette still gave me her time and opinions on style. There was one dress which i really liked it just didn't give to 110% feeling i had with the other dress. Georgette was really helpful with accessories and bridesmaids too and ill definitely returning here for those items. Thanks Davids Bridal for still being so welcoming!

Brilliant experience today at David's Bridal! I was looking for 4 mix and match bridesmaids dresses. I booked an appointment last minute, but was really impressed and very happy with the brilliant selection of dresses in loads of colours, materials and styles. Our Stylist (Georgia) was friendly and very helpful. She recommended loads of different styles and mix of colours to help with the theme and made the everyone feel really comfortable trying on the dresses. I am looking forward to seeing the lovely bridemaides dresses when they arrive. Thank you so much.
