Great staff and adequate size hall for small to large wedding, Confrance and other functions. The bathroom for men needs looking into, as it's not very hygienically clean. Apart from that the main hall is good

Service was good, food was good. One star less due to no parking available for this venue. You have to park on the road and it was hard to come by on a Sunday evening. It must be worse on other days.

Had a wedding at this hall the service was absolutely amazing would definitely be coming back. They were respecting the social distancing and only had the correct amount of people there. The staff was very respectful and the manager was very polite and understanding. Hope to be back soon

Wedding event on Friday 13th April for 300 guests: Grand Occasions provided a superb service. Brand new carpets and chairs and decor that exceeded our expectations. We didn’t have much time to go through fine details for the days but we weren’t let down at all. A lovely stage and side table for all the gifts. Both the brothers who own the place were on standby for anything we needed. The sister who helped manage the place was so polite and helpful. We went over our time slightly but we weren’t rushed out. All our guests were pleased. Overall, a wonderful experience and would happily book again!

A wonderful venue to have any function at a very affordable price. The management are great and have exceptionally catered to our needs making our functions run ever so smoothly! I would also recommend their in-house catering, our guests thoroughly enjoyed the food and it is such a load of the mind as the lovely gentlemen running grand occasions dealt with it all! An absolute fantastic service by the Grand Occasion Team, our 400 guests loved the venue. Farhaan provided us an excellent service and suggestions, even on the day we made last minute changes, they were extremely accommodating and over achieved our expectations. Our guests were super relaxed and really enjoyed themselves. Special mention to Abbas the manager who was so helpful, he managed his team and provided us extra help back in the kitchen, he did a grand job. Will definitely be using their venue again in the near future. Thank you so much to The Grand Occasion Team.

I was amazed at how COVID secure the venue is. Handsantizer stations were based around the throughOut the venue. Temperature checks were taken at entrance by some lovely young girls who were in masks and gloves. Service was fast and staff seemed ever so friendly. The venue also had Clean bathrooms. Lastly, the food served was just UNREAL!!!!!! Looking forward to attending the venue again in the future.

I have booked this venue on three consecutive occasions and have not been let down at any of those times. The venue has been refurbished and the owners are fantastic and customer excels in all areas. By far the best wedding venue in the midlands! The staff and the service received at Grand Occassions was very professional, organised and they knew how to take a lot of stress away! The location was an easy place to get to and direct guests. The staff made sure that such an important day ran smoothly even though our schedule was delayed they were very understanding and helped us with everything. Prices are very reasonable considering the venue itself is beautifully decorated and spacious, not to mention the food provided is top quality! Friends and family were extremely impressed with the catering! I would highly recommend this venue and know where I will be planning my future events! Grand Occasions Banqueting Suite is perfect – recently attended a number of weddings and friends birthday parties, the venue has undergone extensive refurbishment and has capacity for 500 people across 2 purpose built “Halls”, really impressed with the waiters, delicious food, state of the art sound and lighting system and exceptional customer service; well done to the new management for being so hospitable!

Amazing Venue! Had my son's wedding last year at the lovely Grand Occasions and couldn't have been more pleased! I don't think I've ever been to such a relaxed wedding. The management took all pressure off the bridal party and were very accomodating. Food was yummy and the decor was elegant and just right. Would certainly recommend.

Check this out Parking = Yes but maybe an issue as front parking allocated to bride and groom and families, others can park on other side roads or opposite car park over the road which is own by them. Venue = Decent size hall and stage, beautiful atmosphere with colorful lighting and walkway inc dance floor Service from staff = No problems, all been on their feet to get the job done. well done! Food = Spot on, delicious. obviously its wedding food so don't expect restaurant service. Seating = on the day roughly 300 people. seating downstairs was only. mix or segregated. Toilet = women downstairs. men upstairs Prayer Room: Yes (upstairs) VIP Room = Upstairs The hall itself is suitable for different occasions and depending upon packages you may choose. Best to go all in as a good deal can be struck if purchasing from DJ's, Stage layout, Caterers etc Improvements: mens toilets needs doing up, was quite warm on that day did not feel the AC but that can also be normal with the huge atmosphere surrounded by people. Overall beautiful setup, staff were great and helpful, with no issues. This venue has been refurbished since l last went here couple if years ago, the interior is beautiful and it's a perfect place for any party, only downfall is there isn't much parking available otherwise it's a beautiful venue.
