Had a lovely experience at the exchange cafe for lunch. Enjoyed a cheese and cranberry toasty and caramel latte. The staff were very friendly and very attentive. The venue is absolutely stunning with lots of natural light and a calming atmosphere. Definitely ai be coming back for a visit.

A stunning restoration of the old Municipal bank here, Grade II listed building a wonderful turn of the 20th century banking hall. A wonderful cafe with lovely staff, nice food and coffee. The fine details kept, a lovely atrium roof skylight as well. Look for the banking hall inscriptions

Stunning building and cafe area inside. Came here for a lunch break and couldn't fault anything. Friendly staff, nice and bright inside, very high ceilings making you feel very comfortable. Food came out quick, i went for the pulled pork pasta and it was piping hot and very filling. I would definitely be coming back again.

Lovely fresh food cooked daily. Large range of sandwiches and cakes available. Pots of tea and cups of coffee really well priced. Everything reasonably priced! Strong WiFi connection, comfortable space. Highly recommended.

Lovely interior but service so very slow despite several working behind the counter! In the end we left before sampling the food. Even so, willing to give it another go...grateful to make us of the splendid toilets hence 4 stars!!!!

What a stunning building, perfect place to stop for a coffee and a few cakes, found staff to be a little rude though.

Had lunch there today. First time in the city centre for months . Lovely staff, good lunch menu. Lots of space and not noisy. Beautiful building, staff very knowledgeable about it too. Will definitely go again.

What a venue! Beautifully brought back into circulation. I opened my first bank account there when it was the Municipal Bank & was very pleasantly surprised. Good coffee, very friendly staff and NO musac! I shall visit again

Fabulous restoration of the original Birmingham municipal bank. Interesting and informative tour and a beautiful venue for a cream tea. Definitely recommend for something a little bit different to do.
