M. M.Firstly nice venue no doubt, but cleanliness is very LOW. after visiting there for first time I noticed the cutlery was very dirty, and its not on my table only. I have checked on my left table & on my right tables, people were talking about it .hygienically that's really very low on their menu.
A venue of this kind charging at least £20.00 per head minimum to £20000 per wedding at least, should think again for standard of your service .
There were other things i have noticed, there were NO toilet tissue in any of the toilets and the hand drier were in efficient due to cheap quality.
These are few things i have mentioned here.
May i remind you guys, you are getting paid for the service, but you are NOT providing service, what you were getting paid for.

M. R.Really nice set up for the hall and the lighting suited the atmosphere of the event I was attending. Spacious venue and ample parking, although we had to park on the side road. The entrance was very elegant and matched the lighting theme set in the rest of the hall. However, the toilets were terrible and weren't in sync with the rest of the venue as a whole. This area requires significant improvement.
Overall, a very elegant venue that is suitable for a range of events, but has potential to improve.
a. m.Am very disappointed when I wait 10 hour in waiting area but after the move in ward am very comfortable doctors and staff is very caring very helpful and very loyal with the patient 👍
M. R.They gave us a really good service there. We arranged to have welcome drinks, service waiters, unlimited soft drinks etc. all arranged with the hall for my sister's wedding.
The managers were so friendly and helpful made the arrangement process so easy to handle. They were always available on the phone if we had any questions during the time between booking and the wedding date.
All our guests described the venue as stunning and our guests from the groom's side made special mention of how good it looked.
One of guests even remarked that it looked like a fairy tale wedding with the type of table settings we had chosen.
They even allowed us to choose our own caterers and fruit platter provider and everything was set up on time.
All in all it was a great experience from beginning to end. Highly recommended.
J. S.Large, spacious, modern and luxurious venue for weddings and other celebrations in Birmingham. Attended a few celebrations there and I'm impressed with the venue, as it oozes a feeling of luxury. On site facilities are top notch, and there's plenty of parking facility available especially on the side roads. Service was very good. Their management always looks after the whole event until we finish, it was a really wonderful experience for me.

M. R.Attended a wedding at this hall last year in July it was fantastic. The service was amazing and workers kept coming and asking if we needed anything else. They worked so fast and we never needed to ask for anything . Trays were refilled before they were even empty and last week I attended one of my cousin wedding again the service was absolutely quick and the staff was polite I'm looking forward to my sister wedding in this wedding hall and the manager of the hall was very helpful as well and the food was fantastic well it was Amazing experience and also a very good location after all five star 👍👍
S. I.Attended a wedding ceremony there. Overall the decor was nice. In terms of food (I'm not sure if it was provided by an external company) it was below average, salad and sauces were served on plastic plate and paper bowls. When the food was served, starters, mains was served together and on top the waiters couldn't even be bothered to put the curry spoons in the curry bowls.
The toilets were horrible, nowhere to dry your hands.

I was absolutely surprised at the stunning deco at this venue. My wife and children loved it from the moment we entered to the moment the bride and groom left.
We were one of the first to arrive, and to see the venue when it was almost empty was just stunning, and then to see it come alive as the guests started to arrive as just awesome.
Food was served promptly and efficiently by very friendly staff, which made our experience even more worthwhile.
I'd like to thank my good friend for inviting me and my family to share their great day with them and also like to thank the venue fo putting together such a great event at such high quality.
s. s.To begin with I would like to give a massive thanks to Royale Suite Banqueting hall and there full entire team.Booked our 1st wedding here and wasn't disappointed with the service. Any issues beforehand were dealt with the nice young boy who made sure everything was organised as we requested. The staff were very polite and friendly including the waiters who did a fantastic job ensuring the food was served swiftly paying attention to every table and our guests.
The welcome drinks were served promptly and they even helped to serve the fruit which was an extra that we had. The walkway and carpet were clean and the stage and set up was excellent. We particularly liked the the spot lights and the fantastic mood lightening that made an impact to our venue. The only downside I would say is that the head table should seat more than six people but that's my opinion. I couldn't fault anything else as everything was organised paying particular attention to detail. Our guests liked the venue and the service too and we had no complaints about anything. The toilets and ablution areas were nice and clean.
N. S.Management staffs and waiting staffs are very professional and courteous. Venue has lots of car parking space in the side road because of the school and it's a non residential area.also they provided parking attendance. We recently had my sister’s wedding ceremony at Royale Banqueting Suite. The event went extremely well and it was beyond our expectations. The Venue, the Service and the food was outstanding.

R. A.Beautiful and spacious hall. Elegantly decorated. It has a prayer room in which the noise in the hall could be heard minimally. The toilets could do with more cleaning I thought. Overall a wonderful place to host events.
G. P.The venue was spacious and adaptable with a lot of potential depending on the event. However the facilities were poorly maintained. We visited this venue in February and the toilets were exceptionally cold and the lighting was dim. Serviceable but not ideal.

When I reach here with my wife I saw outside of the hall.
It's seams like old building,
I talked with my wife let's see what's facility they have!!
When we go inside ohh what should I say
I have never ever expect there inside will be like this.it was decorated very nicely.
They put flower trees on the table and put few candle holder hanging and it's light up as well.
Stage was so beautiful & different.
Everything was decorated so nicely & gently.
I just walked every corner of the hall plus check there toilet as well,everything was okay.
After that I meet with few of my work colleague & friends.
We set together and start gossip.
Actually we are waiting for food,
I noticed one young person came inside and talk with few waiter very friendly and gently.
Don't know what they talked but it's seems like he give them few instruction.
I call him & ask him what's ur position here?
He said he just do work here.
I also asked about cost & facility.
He answered very politely it's depending on guests,month& requirements.
I asked about waiter services he answered very friendly be my guest, we will Serb today food you decide how's our service.
I was surprised the way he said, it was very confidently.
I desperately waited for food to see there service.
Service was excellent.
All the waiter Serb as a team
& they were so active.
I asked one of waiter who is this young guy who wearing gold Suite
Waiter said he is a manager.i feel when I ask him he didn't mention that, he just said as a normal worker(it's really surprised me he didn't show off himself & he has no ego).
I was shocked he was not only a young manager but also he has a good manner and confident.
On that day I just experience myself we shouldn't judge anything by see the cover.
Hall outside looks like old, tired but inside is really unexpected nice and there team work I must say world class.
I personally highly recommend this hall for make your special day more special😊

K. I.Went to a wedding here on the 10th April 2017, fantastic service, really nice staff, and the food was amazing. Everything were of a 5 star rating, made really nicely, and clean, and the size was pretty good. The upper side makes you feel like youre in a movie.

Main course lamb kharai well presented nice portion of meat and curry could really taste the ingredients and bursts of flavour...

m. k.Good sized dining area. Good decorations. Waiters were ok. Can be cold in winter. Hall was heated by a gas space heater in the back doorway and avoid it as women's clothes can catch fire. But it was nice and welcoming.

A. K.Beautiful marriage and party Hall. Main issue of this hall parking. They ve very limited parking spaces. Visitors have to park on neighbour roads. Fireworks noise always disturb everyone. Some time they start fireworks after 10 pm in the night. On party day, visitors park their cars on main road. They are lot of things to improve.

m. s.What can we say about the Royale suite Banqueting Hall? We would thoroughly recommend the Rs Perry barr as a wedding venue. The whole team made everything so easy - the day ran so smoothly and it's due to the professionalism of the entire team, from our wedding planner young bangali person to all the staff serving drinks and food!! All our guests commented on how wonderful the venue was - we had pre-dinner drinks in the Vaults, dinner in top section of the hall part, and moved back downstairs to party and dance mid night. The food was delicious, but the bar was close bcoz strictly no alcohol! Even though we married on a Wednesday (12-12-15).The perfect venue for a party or special event in Birmingham .The staff are friendly and helpful and made sure that everything went exactly to plan.Thanks to the whole team of Royale Suite & special thanks to menagment - totally awesome!!Highly recommended this hall for booking .
