We can not say enough good things about Sam from South Coast Weddings! She provided on-the-day coordination for our recent wedding at the Branksome Dene community room, but, in reality, she provided us with her support, guidance, knowledge and brilliant contacts from day one. She took the stress out of the day and offered reassurance and advice along the way. We had our perfect ‘afternoon tea’ wedding and we honestly believe it would not have been that way if it wasn’t for Sam. She is just amazing and we highly recommend her and her service. What a lady!!!!! Sam was absolutely amazing from the minute we booked her. Due to the pandemic our first wedding got cancelled in 2020. Sam was very supportive and caring, She stayed in contact throughout and made myself the bride have hope!! When our day finally came in July 2021, she was outstanding everything went smoothly and nothing was too much for Sam she was happy to help in every way!! She was a life saver!! If you’re asking yourself whether booking a planner/coordinator for your wedding is worth it, please read on. RUN, don’t walk, to book Sam at South Coast weddings. This was easily the best decision I have ever made (including agreeing to marry my husband). Sam made wedding planning from abroad an absolute dream. Even when I was in the UK, her communication and responsiveness (to all my email panics) was incredible. Leading up to the wedding, Sam was on top of absolutely everything, and on the day, she was such a calming presence. I can’t thank her enough! So, in answer to the “do I need a planner/coordinator for my wedding” question, the answer is YES. Yes, you do. Everyone needs Sam in their lives!

We used Sam as a wedding co-ordinator for our big day and honestly it was the best money we spent on the whole thing. Just to be able to take the stress out of organising things on the day and being able to enjoy it was so great. Sam is also very amiable and professional, which is so important when you're spending time together on your wedding day. Sam was amazing!!! We booked South Coast Weddings for on the day but she did so much more. From the day we booked her, until the end of our wedding day Sam was a total gem. She was there for every little question and down the line, every Covid wobble. When we had to change our date she was able to recommend new suppliers, and her recommendations proved spot on. On the morning of our wedding she helped us to set up and she did a fabulous job when eventually we just had to leave her to it! On the day I didn’t have to worry about anything because Sam was always there ahead of me and the day ran smoothly thanks to her. It really felt like we had a friend there, and we really couldn’t have done it without her. A total star and one of the best!!

We have worked along side Sam several times at many wedding venues. Sam is extremely knowledgeable, professional and calm, and what Sam doesn't know really isn't worth knowing in our opinion. She's friendly, warm and approachable, and absolutely nothing is too much trouble. During the last year (Covid) Sam has been unable to work, yet has thrown herself wholeheartedly into helping other buisnesses, giving advice, and generally just being that shoulder to lean on, and all for absolutely free, and always with a smile. Wouldn't recommend anyone else to organise or oversee a wedding.

Sam was the wedding coordinator for our wedding in August and she was unbelievably amazing! She was so lovely and made sure that everything thing on the day ran smoothly. We had to postpone our wedding because of COVID and Sam was so helpful with contacting the venue and keeping us in the loop with what was going on. Before the day of the wedding she contacted all of the suppliers to go through timings to make sure the day ran smoothly. On the morning of the wedding Sam was fantastic and did all the little jobs that we were worrying about. This meant that the morning of the wedding was relaxing. I found it difficult knowing who to choose to co-ordinate my wedding. However, I cannot imagine anyone being better than Sam. She organised an entirely new venue in less than 24 hours after weather prevented our original plan. This included a new marquee company, coaches, toilets... She has an exceptional knowledge of local suppliers, she was compassionate, positive and hard-working. I can't think of a safer pair of hands for your event.
