A. D.Always Loved this venue but sadly let down by limited menu and patchy service.
Small selection of Pasty or Quiche served with No option of side orders on paper plates with wooden disposable cutlery £5 each !!
All feels a bit shabby no chic and unloved in places . Come on guys !!
Thank god it’s dog friendly and the view makes up for it .
M. P.Half way through my walk, an ideal place for refreshments, had a hot chocolate, and fantastic fruit cake.
No real delay in service, .....as reported elsewhere ! although the cafe was very busy at the time I visited.
To my mind being busy is a tribute to the quality of the food !

K. “. B.Historic Saltdean cafe with a boho vibe, & good coffee. Sadly, the pastries are no longer made in house.
Use the new outside stall for drinks, snacks and ice creams, or dine in, (private parties by arrangement) and enjoy great views. Nice helpful staff too!

T.Absolutely beautiful view and location. Pretty down market cafe.
Our chips were bland and undercooked. The pastries greasy and lacking in filling.
Go there for a cup of tea after the undercliff walk.
k.Lovely venue run by a great bunch of people. Had my late grandfathers wake here, and felt nothing but welcome despite it going on into the early hours of the morning. Super friendly and helpful staff. The place also offers live music events which are perfect as there's no neighbors. The view too is beautiful!
A. d. Z.This cafe has quite a casual beach atmosphere, with lovely seating outside and in. It has an inside seating area and an outside take-away cafe bar. It’s up high, right by the sea, with the obvious amazing views. We came near closing time and found the place a bit messy; just stuff left my customers that could have easily been cleaned away.

H. K.Great range of cafe products though the iced teas are apparently not freshly made despite this being the impression I got from the menu. At least they weren't able to make a caffeine free iced tea and asked me how to do it... Which I was quite confused by as I'm sure it would be the same way as any other fresh iced tea...
They do have a good range of dairy free and vegan options though and the sofas outside are lovely - feels like being in Scandinavia!
