n. m.What a beautiful building in stunning surroundings. Came here for a wedding (which was awesome) the staff were amazing, very helpful and polite. I had my 5 month old grandson with me and with all the noise they said if we needed to we could go into the library so he could sleep..as it happens we didn't, but the offer was there. Cannot fault the service of the staff one bit. The interior of the building was beautiful and all in all we had a fantastic day, thankyou.
J. a. K. P.Coombe Lodge is surrounded by beautiful countryside near the mendips and is the perfect venue for any couples looking for that perfect fairytale wedding.
The venue provides many rooms including a bridal suite to get ready in and makes some great opportunity for fun photos.
There is the option to have your ceremony outside if the weather is good too and room for family photos inside should the weather be bad on the day.
All the team and staff at Coombe Lodge are very organised on the day and professional as well as being friendly.
We look forward to returning soon to capture more beautiful wedding photos!

N. T.Coombe Lodge is an absolutely stunning venue, the views of the beautiful UK countryside are second to none.
I attended a wedding here and the staff were so accommodating, they provided us with everything we needed on the day. Being a family of 4 with two small boys they really made our stay comfortable and releaved any stress that we could of had.
I recommend taking a walk around the beautiful grounds when you visit as it's such a beautiful place. Would love to go again.
J. S.What a stunning venue this was for our friends wedding. Attentive staff, great food and fantastic views over the surrounding area.
My only slight criticism was that the glasshouses within the walled gardens were looking a bit unloved. These could have been used to grow more home grown produce and as an extra photo location too.

It is a professional wedding venue and not just a hotel offering an additional service. The attention to detail is amazing. e. b.It is a most beautiful setting for a wedding! Wedding was wonderful and staff friendly. It was noticeable though that there is a huge lack of communication between staff and guests. Tea/coffee and cheese/biscuits table were placed outside the dance area in different locations and nobody was told about it. It was only left there a short while and then removed back to the kitchen? Why no communication? Hardly anyone had any. We booked a room to stay overnight at quite an expense. When at midnight we got to bed ,the noise started! The staff started dragging tables,chairs all over the place. Then the large floor cleaner was activated and they started cleaning floors!! Totally unaccceptable to do this when the guests are trying to get some sleep as they have to be out by 9.15am!! This part was a great disappointment.

R. C.We got married in Coombe Lodge in October 22, and had the most amazing time. We chose the venue because of the beautiful rooms and gardens, a polished feel to the service provide, and accommodation on site for family to stay at. The day went incredibly smoothly with the help of Tom and the team, who went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and relaxed during the day, including making my gran a cup of tea in a ‘proper’ mug in the morning, offering emergency confetti when ours almost didn’t arrive, and taking home some stranded guests! The place is set up really well for weddings, and the food was incredible – so many guests agreed with us that it was the best food they’d had at a wedding! A huge thank you to all the team, you are amazing.

The team would go above and beyond to make your day extra special and stress-free. The things that I love best about shooting weddings at Coombe Lodge is that inside or out come rain or shine this beautiful venue always offers me an endless supply of excellent backdrops!
