F.Enjoyed my visit, Covid Guidance in place & visible - clean and tidy entrance - Staff were okay but not visible I had to find them - good range of entertainment and games for all ages and good spacious layout - Prize Zone was low on prizes - good range of drinks available - few idiotic youths in there but can't blame syaff for that

We don't know Cardiff well so, it wasn't easy to get to or to find parking.
The place was a bit chaotic as you would expect an arcade to be. But lots of dorty dishes and glasses standing around. The floor looked very dirty and had stuff lying all over it. But other than that we had a great time.

D. G.This is a good place to visit for a fun night out. It is situated in the basement of the plaza next to the Principality stadium. Inside there is ten pin bowling and laser tag as well as pool and various slot machines. The bowling and laser tag is very reasonable priced. The nearest car park is either on street near the river Taff embankment or the train station car park across the road.

s. r.This is an alright place to come bowling with plenty of lanes and not too many people so queues are short. Staff were really friendly and helpful too. My biggest issue with the place is price, £20ish for two people to play two games of bowling (one being a student too).. seems excessive. The online booking form really isnt mobile friendly either so we took a gamble on ky being empty - which it was thankfully. But definitely a risk seeing its further out of town in comparison to other leisure activities.

J. L.Good value for a Thursday daytime games. 2 games for £5. The only downside is that the bowling balls need to be refreshed as they are not in very good condition and there was only one size 10 ball with big enough finger holes in the whole place.

The lane didn't register the bowls correctly and maintenance is required to fix. It didn't read gutter balls so you could rebowl, and sometimes when you did get a gutter ball it would read your score as one. Needs a bit of tlc
M. R.Attended for my sons friends birthday party. I waited in the bar area. Nice and comfy, sports on the TV, coke's and snack were reasonably priced. My son had an amazing time and would totally recommend

I was there with 7 friends having no enough space to sit or even leave our jackets somewhere.
I would prefer use a bowling alley in Swansea instead of driving all this distance to get a poor experience.

R. E.Odd little place near Cardiff Central station. (Handy if you miss your train?) Certainly not the cheapest place for a game of bowling, but alleys appear in good condition. Also has Laser Quest, pool table, amusement arcade, food and two kids party rooms.
M. G.The place is okay and the prices are reasonable. The location is in the center and convenient. However, its a bit crowded and i ddnt like the fact that when you order food you need to get it urself and leave your bowling lane. Also they take one of your shoes before giving you the bowling shoes so you have to wake around with a shoe in ur hand which is silly.
D. R.Had a good time, but the lanes were very close together with sparse ball selection. Also, for the competitive bowlers out there the lanes don't seem to be full length. Still a fun day out and great deals!
S. C.We went here early on the weekend and did some laser tag games and a round of bowling. Kids had fun and for 4 people it didn't cost too much. There are also amusements and pool tables although the pool cues need replacing.
There are toilets and you can buy hot and cold drinks. There is also a bar but being so early I didn't use it.
Being in the city centre, parking is what you would expect. You can either use public transport, find a multi storey or, if you're lucky, park the otger side of the river using pay and display. I can't remember the exact price but think it's roughly £1 an hour.
N. R.A decent spot in the centre if you want to start or end the festivities with a game or two of bowling, but it's a fairly basic alley with a small number of lanes, and lacklustre customer service.
The cost is expensive at £6.50 per game for what's a very basic bowling experience, with online bookings incurring an extra £1.50 booking fee which seems unfair. The Lazer Quest is fun and possibly better value for money, but again, a somewhat standard and outdated experience. Try it out if you can find a special offer that works for you, but otherwise it might be a better all-round experience for all-ages visiting the Hollywood Bowl in Cardiff Bay.
C. H.Reasonable prices and a nice arcade attached to it. Although it's pretty outdated and could do with some modern equipment being added. They also still give you bowling shoes, which not many bowling places do anymore.
D. S.We went here for the Lazer Quest. The staff were friendly and helpful and the kids had a good time. The 2p machines could do with more of an incentive to play them as the keyrings and toys were very scarce but everyone had a good day.

R. E.This place is OK. The staff are often disorganised and seam to have the attitude of "I get paid minimum wage so you get minimum service". But it is cheap - only £1 on a Monday evening so I guess you get what you pay for. They do only have a food hygiene rating of 2 - improvement necessary - and the food isn't up to much. They say they don't allow people to book for 8pm when you get there and 7.30, yet when you go back at 8pm they say "sorry we are full, that group who just walked in booked in before you" which is slightly annoying.

There's a fair priced bar serving alcohol and spirits with snack food (pizza, hot dogs etc) served in 20 mins to your lane.
A good selection of old arcade machines for a good hit of nostalgia (air hockey, racers and so on)
Had a good few nights out that started here recently and can't say anything bad about it really.
Saying that we tried the lazer tag the other day which was really good fun for a group of ten of us but the staff were abysmally unhelpful. We stood in the room for ten minutes wondering what to do before anyone came in to activate the guns, once we were all suited up we tried to ask what to do and were told 'shoot each other'. So yeah we wasted a good few minutes wandering around the arena looking to see if there was designated bases or anything, which there weren't. If there was a map of the layout outside then atleast the ten minutes waiting could have been productive.
That said I'm definitely going again, if anything it's nice to see somewhere in town that's not trying to be anything more than it is (cough cough, Bierkeller). Hope this place survives, long live the 90s :)

Every now again me and my friend's meet up for a massive game of laser tag.
Yes, there is also a laser tag 'playground' there.
You will have to first sit through an awfully corny safety video.
And yes I'm an adult but some things never get old.

A.Not the biggest of venues, so I was made to wait for my lane despite having a booking. However the price was great for being a student, the best bowling deal I've seen!

V.(Translated) It is a very complete building, there is everything, a magnificent pub at the same height as the sidewalk, where you can enjoy a very cozy space, with a good sofa, a good beer and if you want to make a billiard, also , on the first floor there is a very complete gym and on the ground floor there is a magnificent Bowling with a recreation area of machines, meeting room and bar. Cities like Cardiff, which in winter do not stop raining and cold, is an ideal place to spend half an afternoon.

És un edifici molt complert, hi ha de tot, un magnífic pub a la mateixa altura de la vorera, a on es pot gaudir d'un espai molt acollidor, amb un bon sofar, una bona cervesa i si vols fer un billar, també, al primer pis hi ha un gimnas molt complert i a la planta baixa hi ha un Bowling magnific amb un espai recreatiu de màquines, sala de reunions i bar.
