Trying on through Covid was always going to be strange with limited numbers but the ladies more than made up for it. I just wanted to say a massive thank you for the magical experience I have had with you lovely ladies. I found some dresses I liked to try from Mila Nova and I could only find them available in timeless elegance bridal. Since the first phone call Eva was so excited and lovely and automatically made me feel so happy and easy about my appointment. These ladies were so lovely that I knew for sure I’ll find my right dress in there. That’s why I made a plan to surprise my sister at my dress shopping and ask her to walk me down the aisle, I was coming from Manchester where I’m originally from from and Eva helped me all the way through to plan this surprise idea and she made it work. From the second I walked in their beautiful shop I felt special and amazing. I can explain enough how lovely every single one these lovely ladies were. The advices they gave me was the best. And I just loved my experience so much and would never be able to forget it. We all cried and hugged in the end and I can’t wait to see them again now I have found my beautiful dress and I am part of timeless elegance family 😍

I had a bridal appointment at the end of April and I am so glad I chose timeless elegance to pick my dress. Eva was amazing and made me feel so at ease, especially since I’m not a massive girly girl so I was very nervous. My nerves went very quickly. I was made to feel very comfortable and there was no pressure or rush what so ever. The shop was beautiful and the advice I got was great. We ended up finding my perfect dress. I ended up saying yes to the dress in my first shop. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and would recommend them to anyone!

My party and I had thee most perfect appointment at Timeless Elegance. From the moment we stepped into the bridal shop we were welcome with open arms. I went in very self-conscious due to having put a few stone on over lockdown, and this was the first time I went bridal dress shopping, but upon leaving I had found my perfect dress and confident. Unfortunately I can’t remember the two amazing ladies who helped us but the service they both gave was something to remember. The lady who greeted us was so approachable and helpful in choosing dresses and helped with what looked right and what didn’t; I was so grateful for all of her years of experience. Not to forget they also got my bridesmaid to try on such a beautiful dress that would match my theme/dress. It was such an amazing day and definitely one that we won’t forget. I cannot wait to go back and try my dress on again.

The Timeless Elegance team are amazing. I bought my dress a few months ago and they made the whole experience great fun for me my mum and my grandmother (not always an easy feat!) Since then I’ve popped in unexpectedly a few times when varying bridesmaids have been around and they’ve managed to recreate the experience again and again. Best experience I could have hoped for! From the minute we entered the shop me and my bridal party felt SO relaxed and at ease. I’m annoyed at myself for forgetting the name of the lovely lady that helped me at the appointment but she was AMAZING!! A true professional who was so experienced, she knew exactly what I was looking for, what suited me and the ways to add the finishing touches. She even did my hair with an accessory we ended up buying as it made me decide how I was going to have my hair! I almost entered every bridal boutique in Cardiff, they are one of the best. They are professional, patient and super friendly and welcoming, I am an international student and i went to try the dresses on my own, but they made my experience amazing. I went there 3 time, so i dealt with everyone there. Eva is such a sweet person, she picked the dress of my dreams, although i never tried this silhouette before, it turned about to be more than perfect. Camille is such an experienced and professional person, she is welcoming and felt like a mum, she is really patient and she kept reassuring me that everything would turn perfect! Agne was the star of my fittings, such an amazing person, she let me try as much dresses as i wanted and when i liked a dress she would recommend another similar one, as i didn’t had any friends with me she would take photos and even videos of me, she would suggest the matching viel and headpieces, she is so fun and sweet. Oxana was a great help, as i needed a modest dress, she would recommend great alterations tips as she is a professional seamstress, she has a great eye, for every detail i needed, and she is the sweetest ever. I could never wish for a better experience.

I had a lovely wedding dress shopping experience with Timeless Elegance. Agne was amazing - I felt she really listened to all my concerns, and her judgement was impeccable when it came to selecting styles for me. I have struggled to find a dress I liked on me in other boutiques. What looked amazing on the hanger was a disappointment on my frame and I was feeling quite disheartened. That all changed with my appointment with Timeless Elegance. I tried on dresses I normally wouldn't be drawn to, and Agne's suggestions were a revelation. I now have 3 dresses to choose from, what a lovely dilemma to have.

After the scouring through the internet to narrow down the wedding dress shops I wanted to visit, timeless elegance was one of them. Initially I had a morning appointment in another bridal salon, and I was left feeling disappointed. Upon arrival to timeless elegance I felt like an absolute princess from start to finish. I had 5 people with me, and the ladies there were so accommodating and welcoming. I felt like I was with Gok Wan on say yes to the dress. Our assistant asked me about my wedding, my vision, my venue and my partner and this was above and beyond what I expected having visited another salon prior. I felt like the ladies could read my mind. I believe it was the first or second dress I tried on, and I just knew it was the one! I genuinely feel as though the ladies knew before I even put it on. I get totally at ease as the ladies clearly know their dresses inside out. Ever since visiting I have recommended timeless elegance to anyone who will listen. You ladies are doing a wonderful job. If you want that say yes to the dress experience - this is your bridal salon without a doubt.

I visited Timeless Elegance this weekend looking for the perfect wedding dress. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. When I arrived, the dresses I’d picked out and sent via email before the appointment we’re ready for me. Agne reflected on my views after every dress I tried on and worked patiently with me to pick out something she thought I would like. Her expertise in alternations meant that she could provide reassurance and confidently confirm what changes to the dress would and wouldn’t be possible. She listened to my preferences and we ended up tweaking a dress to my exact liking. I can’t thank Agne and the team enough and I can’t wait until I get to see the final dress once all the changes are made!

An absolute pleasure of an experience from start to finish. The ladies took such good care with me and what I wanted from my dress. Helped with choosing exactly what I wanted and also tried things I didn't think we're for me but totally were. The alterations to bespoke it to my size and style were fantastic, the alteration lady met me at my final fitting to make sure it was perfect and we shared a lovely hug at the end of the fitting. The ladies are absolutely lovely and they are brilliant at what they do. They helped me to find the perfect dress and are customising it for me. My appointment was on the 11/08 with Camille and Agne. I came with my MOH and can I just say the service blew us away. When we left we couldn’t stop talking about it. We previously went to a high street bridal store and left feeling very upset and dishearten. So we didn’t have high hopes. But honestly from when we entered Camille was so nice and welcoming. She immediately knew my size and had an idea of what would look great on me. She allowed us to take the lead on my appointment. She gave her opinion after you said yours to make to ensure that you truly loved the dress. All in all, She and Agne are so friendly and amazing. 5 stars is not enough for this shop. Went in looking for a prom dress for my daughter, came away with the most exquisite red dress ever. Altered same day and I might add altered to perfection and is now hanging proudly in her bedroom ready for prom night. The ladies in store made her feel like royalty, what a credit they are to the business. I would like to thank you as her mum for making it such a wonderful experience, for both of us. Visited store today, after feeling very disappointed and let down by Cardiff bridal centre. It was a lovely experience the bridal staff where amazing, they went above and beyond to make sure I got the dress I wanted. I didn't stop laughing the whole time we were there, staff so funny however remained professional and couldn't do enough for us. Bought the perfect dress after visiting about 6 different stores and trying on a stack of dresses prior to visiting this store,and can not wait to go back to see the final result. The ladies at timeless elegance were fantastic for my bridal experience. After having an appointment in another Cardiff bridal shop I left feeling deflated & felt the shop assistant was bored and not interested in her job. There was nothing exciting about that experience I just wanted to go home but my sister in law suggested on the off chance we try timeless elegance where she purchased her dress 5 years ago. So we went with no appointment & the minute we arrived they couldn’t do enough, they were all smiling, made us feel welcome & asked every detail of what I liked in a dress and asked about my big day. One assistant went off to get some dresses for me to try and the minute I saw THE dress I knew it was perfect for me. I added a belt to the dress which they kindly agreed to sew on for me free of charge. Once I had made my decision they came out with a “I said yes to the dress” sign and made such a fuss I felt so happy leaving the shop. Every time I went back in during the run up to my wedding they were so enthusiastic & helpful. The seamstress is the sweetest lady you’ll ever meet she has a permanent smile on her face. They compliment you so much I think every bride should feel amazing & they definitely do that. There are so many dresses in store to try I really think there is something for everyone. Good luck to any future brides & give this store a visit!

I found my dream dress at Timeless Elegance, and I couldn't be happier! I attended a trunk show for Madi Lane after I found their dresses on Instagram. After searching their stockists, I was so lucky to find Timeless Elegance stocked them and was having a trunk show in 10 or so days. I booked in straightaway! I thought I had found two favourite dresses at another bridal shop, and wasn't expecting to find other dresses I liked - I was proved wrong at TE! My consultant Agne was SO good. I showed her previous dresses I had liked, and she picked out 6 or so dresses for me to try. She even threw in 1 or 2 curve balls to really make sure I wasn't missing out on potential styles I may not have considered. She was incredible at helping me in and out of the dresses - so efficient and quick. She could instantly tell if I wasn't feeling a dress and encouraged me to try on another, instead of wasting time in something I didn't connect with. Once we had found 2 favourites, she was so accommodating to me switching between the two, multiple times. She even showed me all the customizations that could be done, as they have an in-house seamstress. Once I finally said yes, there was so much celebration from all the ladies there, it was like a big family being happy for you. You can tell they all love their job and find joy in it. I personally enjoyed the staff all joining in at that point, it was a happy moment! I guess if someone has a more formal, stiff-upper-lip attitude, it may seem overwhelming, but I only saw it was a positive. I can't wait to see my dress again, and I am so glad they have a seamstress in the shop - one less thing to organise and look up! I'd definitely recommend TE to other brides. (I visited under Covid-19 restrictions and always felt safe)

Such a special experience. Chose my dress and walked away with it altered to my taste on the Same day! They laughed with us, cried with us, and just made it feel we had spent time with friends. I had help with trying on my dresses, and still felt they kept privacy to the max. Would highly recommend, absoloutly loved it.

Lovely staff and the work they did on the dress looked as though it was made like it and not altered. Timeless elegance were extremely helpful, I walked in without an appointment after a non eventful appointment at another bridal shop. I was welcomed and was able to look around at my leisure before speaking to the assistant about what I was looking for There was no pressure and was listened too when I was describing what wanted. I was shown a few dresses that they thought could work along with a lovely one but the fabric left a rash on my sensitive neck. It was a great fit but I was disappointed by the neckline. The assistants talked me through how they could alter the dress. I got married in August and bought the dress around March. I had a short engagement, although I was talked through some of the obstacles the ladies were very helpful and were not at all phased about the short turn around. This was in contrast to how my short engagement was thought of in another store where I was told that many of the designers would not be suitable in the time frame.

Visited Timeless Elegance a year ago and had a really positive experience buying 'the' dress for my daughter. The lady was super friendly and helpful with lots of ideas regarding the dress, hair, shoes etc. Roll on a year and today we went to visit the shop to try on the dress and boy was shocked by the customer service we received from staff member different to who we met last year. I won't go into to every detail but felt she was rude, unprofessional, unhelpful and defensive when challenged about how unhelpful she was being. I honestly don't understand why she works there,. She's a complete contrast to the other lady who originally sold us the dress and I feel sad as today was meant to be a really special experience for me and my daughter

Wow what a Service After going to an appointment with another Bridal store and being made to feel like rubbish, my mum spotted timeless elegance in passing and insisted we drop in. I at this stage had given up. I'm a larger lady and all my confidence had been squashed in the last hour. I went in reluctantly... to be greeted and welcomed with open arms. I explained my wedding was abroad and i wanted a boho feel as we were marrying on a beach in cyprus and within 15 mins i had tried 5 dresses, but was the 3rd that hit the spot. I was given all the time in the world to assess the dress and with the expert advice on hand I said yes! Follow up service a year on was just as special and to detail. I couldn't have asked for more.
