Had a brilliant experience finding my wedding dress and flower girl dresses for my nieces this weekend! Went in thinking it would just be for a browse and walked away with THE dress along with 2 beautiful flower girl dresses. I felt so comfortable throughout, the staff were really great at giving advice and adding things to the dress to make it perfect for me! Hannah styled me and she was fab, funny chatty and just made the whole experience really enjoyable! Thank you so much for making my weekend! 🙂

I came with my daughter, her best friend and sister in law to be. She was booked in, we had to wait a little while but it was a Saturday morning so it was expected. Good selection of wedding dresses all of various designs and you can try on as many as you like! I went with a group to choose bridesmaid dresses. There are about 5-6 designs to choose from but what I was very impressed with was the colour options! (There's something like 16 to choose from!) Our bride was very happy because we easily found a dress and colour that suited everyone.

Today I came to the Cardiff store and had the best experience. After having a bad experience in another store, coming away with a dress I didn’t like, I was able to try on many more today, meaning that I came away with the most gorgeous dress. Thank you so much to the ladies that helped me💗

I visited WED2B in Cardiff & was greeted by Sita who was so outgoing and absolutely amazing. Sita made the whole dress fitting experience phenomenal for me she worked so professionally and asked me what I was looking for before she helped me pick out a dress which I thought was very useful. We then picked out dresses to try on and she talked me through the dresses one by one from the name to the details on the dress which myself and my mother and Anutie really loved she was very knowledgeable and knew what she was talking about. Sita made me feel so comfortable and relaxed and gave me lots of suggestions I really enjoyed the whole experience with her and we had a laugh I loved her company and couldn’t have asked for anyone better than Sita!! The whole experience was perfect!!💜

Lovely and clean, spacious and lots of choices. Was looked after my Lizzie who was lovely and very helpful and chatty which was lovely. And she picked all of my choice dresses and the wildcard choice was my ‘yes’ dress which I left the shop with.. very happy Untill I got home and opened the box and the envelope with the itemised receipt in as in store it was just a basic one with names of brands etc.. when I was paying the manager had said we stuck a bridal robe in there for you, upon comparing what was in the box compared to the receipt - I was charged £19.99 for a bridal robe. £4.99 for satin hair scrunches. £2.99 for a bridal badge. £5.99 for a hanger. £10 for the dress cover and £24.99 for the storage box - which I would of happily chosen if I was given the option - I had such a wonderful experience here it’s a shame to have to write this, but I am disappointed why WED 2 BE think it’s acceptable to charge the customers without even asking if they would like to purchase them. That’s not on in all fairness!

Lovely staff but my consultant was clearly over heated, sweat dripping off their forehead, felt sorry for them. I asked for a very specific fit of dress as I knew what I wanted (5th shop), I was only allowed to try on 4 dresses and you cannot make an appointment so you have to sit and wait your turn, after all that the consultant didn't pick a single dress that was the A Line that I had asked for, I had to partially put the last dress on and take it off and tell her to go get an A Line dress because that's all I wanted and none of them were that. Disappointed that she did not listen to me. Despite this, my auntie and mum saw a dress that I tried on as it was perfect, so I did say yes to the dress here.

The whole experience was perfect. We were made welcome, staff were friendly & helpful, in fact they couldn't do enough for us. My bridal party was included & Lots of suggestions such as veils, jackets, bling. We were allowed to take lots of photos of each dress I tried on, nothing was too much trouble for our consultant. Had a bridal dress fitting and consultation with Abbie today and she made the whole experience amazing, helping me find my dream dress, she even suggested a cape instead of a veil and it just lifted the whole outfit. My fairytale wedding dress was complete! Friendly, bubbly and definitely knows her stuff. Went here last week for a dress for my renewal. From the minute I walked in the staff were so friendly and approachable. It was such a chilled and relaxed experience. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured to buy. They really make it ALL ABOUT YOU! the lady that served me could not have been kinder or more understanding. You are given genuine guidance and help and an honest opinion if you ask which I found really helpful as was torn between 2 dresses. At no point did I feel self conscious when being helped to try the dresses on and left felling like why did I not go there the first time round? Not at any point did I feel anxious or stressed and they pay such attention to detail even down to the care given when your dress and accessories are all boxed up. And you can leave with the dress same day.Nothing is rushed. PERFECT customer service. Spent the rest of the day telling family and friends how lovely they were and what a great experience I'd had. Could not recommend them enough.

Absolutely lovely place! Went to a few different shops to look for dresses but this place made me feel at ease from the word go! I was petrified when i first arrived with it being the first ever shop, i could have cried i was so scared but the girls made me feel so welcome and i relaxed straight away. We were in Wed2B Cardiff today and experienced brilliant customer service. Beth and Jasmine were wonderful, so friendly and nice. I wasn't expecting to go into the first shop and find a dress but I did and me and my mum are delighted. Had an amazing experience getting my dress from Wed2b in Cardiff in February. The girls completely understood what I wanted, when I picked up the wrong size initially the lovely girl helping me went and picked up the right size for me in styles she thought would suit me, I took away the 2nd dress I tried on (one of her picks)! They went above and beyond, I'd been dreading dress shopping but it was the best day. Would recommend to anyone, especially at such reasonable prices!

It's true what they say about the Welsh - Blooming marvelous 😍 I would give a 100 star review if I could! Oh my word what an incredible experience I had yesterday at this store. All the girls at Wed2b Cardiff are immense! I have never met a more wholesome, friendly, helpful group of women in all my life and the team here should be commended for their service. I have never been wedding dress shopping before and after reading the reviews for the Cardiff store, I knew that this is exactly where I wanted to go. Even with all the covid measures in place, it did not deter the girls from delivering the most amazing experience. Every single one of them made you feel like royalty - the girl who helped me pick out my dresses, get me into my dresses and even the ladies who were busy with other lovely customers. I went in just to try on the dresses and then return later in the year (when I had boot space and lost weight) to purchase my dress. Well, that changed pretty quickly to be honest I was so apprehensive about trying on as I am a plus size bride (18-20 high street). I was so worried I would go in and not find a thing in my size let alone in the style I wanted. All of that changed within a matter of minutes as we found dresses that were along the lines of what I wanted. Hannah was a dream throughout the entire experience. She really listened to my opinions, how I was feeling about certain things and nothing felt like too much trouble (especially when it came to doing up my dress when my mother struggled 🤣). She helped me find the one , played with accessories that I genuinely would not have chosen and boy did she make me feel like a billion dollars. Rachael was immense - what a vibrant and honest personality. I had interacted with her on the phone prior to my visit and she made me feel at ease about finding a dress in my size. She regularly popped out to see the dresses and she also made me feel empowered in my dress. There were another two ladies (I didn't quite catch their names) who were insainely lush! Long story short - I ended up buying my dress despite zero boot space and no weightloss 🤣 There was NO WAY I was leaving my dress behind. I want to say the biggest thank you to you all for being amazing! I honestly love you all for making my experience incredible - Keep it up ladies and don't ever change ❤️

I recently visited the Cardiff store with my mum and sister and was served by Lucy. Lucy was absolutely amazing, I was nervous about trying dresses on and getting undressed but she made me feel at ease and was very patient helping me try on lots of dresses until I found the one! The staff here are very friendly, helpful, knowledgable and patient. We went on a weekday so it was very quiet and there was no waiting time which I found took the pressure off massively! The dresses are top quality and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Wed2B and I'm particular, the Cardiff branch.

This is more of a casual place than the wedding boutiques but I felt that staff didn't really get me. They didn't suggest things I could try on as alternative styles and they have barely anything in a size 8 or 6! I told them I was a size 6/8 when I first went in and they insisted I tried on size 10s! We picked a load of dresses in size 10 and they were enormous, which meant we wasted a good half hour trying on dresses that would never fit me. We then had to go back and look for more dresses, which just made me feel frustrated. However, it's good if you want a cheaper wedding dress and know exactly what you're looking for. I really liked a dress they had online and phoned their helpline. However, they won't ship it to another store for you to try on, you have to drive there! The closest one was a 3 hour drive away! I don't really understand why they can't ship it to another store as I'd have been happy to pay for that as it was what I was looking for.

I visited today with my mum and grandmother. Emily was amazing and helped me look through my list of 12 (!) dresses that I had found on the website and narrow it down to 2, now just to make the final decision! Emily made helpful suggestions about how I could alter the dresses slightly to make them exactly as I would like them, so I know my dress will be perfect. Such a breath of fresh air after having looked at numerous other bridal shops where I felt rushed or under pressure :-)

Wow! I went to Wed2be Cardiff today to look for my wedding dress and was served by the lovely Nicola. Nicola and all of the other ladies were absolutely amazing and really put me at ease. They encouraged me to try on a few different styles of dress to make sure that the one I thought I wanted was the right dress for me. They didnt try to shoehorn me into dresses too small or make me feel like i needed to lose weight. Not only did i find my dream dress, i also found the accessories to go with the dress. A few weeks back, I made the trip to the Wed2B store in Cardiff to look at wedding dresses for the very first time. I called up a week before and was informed I don’t need an appointment, I could just turn up. I’d been dreading it and feeling so anxious about it for a while, convinced that I wouldn’t find anything to suit me that I would feel comfortable in. I went along with my mother and mother in law and was greeted right away with a warm welcome from the manager, Bethan. Bethan introduced herself and once I had signed into store, introduced me to Katie, who would be assisting me in trying dresses on. The staff made me feel instantly more relaxed. Bethan explained everything clearly about how we should do things and encouraged us to browse and pull out anything that I felt I wanted to try on. They advised that I should pull 4 dresses to begin with. I selected two that I wanted to try on and Bethan pulled a similar style based on my choices, as well as a completely different style to compare. Katie showed me to the dressing room and helped me try on my dress choices. My mother and mother and law sat waiting outside the changing room which was spacious with big mirrors and a pedestal. I was the only customer in the store at this time as I had arrived early so this was an added bonus! I didn’t go there thinking I was going to walk out with my dress on the first visit but much to my surprise, the second of the two dresses I picked out was ‘the one’ and I took it home that same day! I always thought it was something people just say when they say they have a bit of a moment and they just know when it’s the one, but I actually had that wow moment. I was shocked but felt so happy and so relieved! I’d gone into store worrying and feeling anxious and left feeling happy and relieved and like I could now actually look forward to the wedding and relax as I found something I actually feel quite nice in. I also couldn’t believe how reasonably priced it all was, even with added accessories! Given that I was dreading going dress shopping, this store gave me an entirely different experience to the one I imagined and I cannot thank Bethan and Katie enough for this! I am returning this weekend with my bridesmaids in the hope of having the same luck with their bridesmaid dresses. I’m so glad that I listened to the several people who recommended the store to me and I will now be doing the same to others! Thank you <3

I went to wed2be Cardiff this week and... well it was everything we expected and more! I was there early, to get a good chance and looking around and trying on. The floor is spacious, and very well set out (in sizes not styles). I got to try on many dresses and Jasmine, my assistant, made me feel super relaxed every time. The girls there definitely know their stuff and were offering their opinions and ideas. Jasmine went to choose a 'wild card' dress and..... OMG she was spot on the prize!!! It had bit that we hadn't asked for but she told me to give it a try. When i was done up and I looked in the mirror, I was gobsmacked!!! I had the feelings and couldn't stop smiling.... I have found my gown and it is all down to here!! She accessories me and I definitely look ready to walk down the aisle. I can not wait to go back with the enterage and find their dresses.

Went to Wed2B Cardiff today, the shop is very spacious and really well set out. I received such a lovely warm welcome from Beth, she is so lovely! I felt at ease straight away, she was really friendly and very amiable. Beth explained everything very clearly so we knew exactly where to start looking and what we had to do. I was then helped by Cerys, who was also really lovely, nothing was too much trouble for her, she told me about alterations if needed and added accessories to finish off the look. Cerys made me feel very relaxed and certainly made the whole experience stress free and enjoyable. I came away with a beautiful dress and will certainly be going back with my bridesmaids. I cant thank Beth and Cerys enough for all their help. I will definitely be recommending WED2B to family and friends.

Great wedding shop for those on a budget. Obviously due to the price tags being lower you get the lower level of attention and none of the extras you might for a higher end shop. They can't pin the dresses to help show how it could fit best in case damaging them as they aren't sample dresses they are the dresses you buy. They aren't that knowledgeable about ways to accessorize. But based on the price of the dresses its a good shop for a straight forward no frills experience.

This is a great place to buy beautiful dresses, they are good quality for the prices that you pay, some dresses was up £600 but they can't keep hold of them if you can't make your mind up, as my daughter still wanted to look at some other bridal dresses The staff are very nice and helpful,and they don't do alterations so you have to find your own, but they do offer contact numbers for alterations , we opted for a bridal shop in the end.
