Really great service. Ordering online was really easy, delivery was smooth, delivery men were friendly and knew what they were doing. I called up very last minute to book on another day as the kids were having so much fun and that was an easy transaction over the phone. The kids had a great time and I am so glad I booked a bouncy castle. First time using anywhere for one and I would do it again for the next party!! All round brilliant!! Thanks so much!!

This is a great company to hire a bouncy castle from I would highly recommend them. Hired the jungle bounce and slide for my little girls 6th birthday for two days over the weekend and was fantastic. They have loads of choice, they were very friendly and professional. Turned up on time in the rain and the bouncy castle was in great condition and clean. We hired the assault course for our sons birthday today, amazing contact from the get go even when I asked if could change the date they got straight back to me. The guys came earlier then expected which is a bonus, and when I say they put this 45ft blow up in record time I mean it, to then come and collect just as fast. This company were fantastic, they provided me with continuous support in picking the right size for my garden, they even went above and beyond in asking for photos so they could assess if the castle could be pegged into the flower bed. They arrived promptly at 7am, as requested, on the day of delivery and were there bang in 5pm for pick up on the second day of the hire.. their prices are also very competitive with other suppliers.. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Safe to say everyone who attended my 2 years olds birthday party have been given their details!

Bounceroo castles were great! We hired a superhero bouncy castle with a slide for my sons 5th birthday, which was an ideal size and the addition of the roof meant the children had shade from the sun as they were bouncing around. It was quick and easy to book and the gentleman who delivered and collected were very helpful. Would definitely recommend!

We hired the jungle jumping castle for our daughters 2nd birthday. It rained the full 3 hours but the kids still jumped and had the best time. There was a thin cover over the top which helped. Service of delivery and pickups were spot on and friendly. Will definately be hiring again next year.

We can’t rate the quality of the service. The bouncy castle arrived early in the morning and was amazing and they set it up within 10 minutes. Absolutely brilliant service and fantastic bouncy castle. We chose a frozen one with a slide and it made the party and birthday for a very happy 3yr old. It was raining on and off but the built in cover didn’t spoil the fun. The two men that dropped it off and set it up was friendly and professional. It was already there when we arrived half an hour prior to the party and as Colin had said it was collected at 9 ish (we think) and nobody noticed them arrive, deflate , pack up or remove it!!! I had a bouncy castle for hire yesterday for my sons 7th birthday. The children had the best time, the castle fitted into the room just nice and still had room for some tables. The delivery driver was very friendly will definitely recommend them for next time. :-)
