From start to finish Heather and her amazing team were nothing short of fantastic. If you want the wedding dress of your dreams (and more!!) this is the shop! The day I chose my wedding dress was one of the best days of my life - the ladies are all so lovely and make every moment special. Nothing is too much for any of them. The shop also looks amazing too! Heather I really thank you so much for all your hard work and late nights getting my dress perfect, it really was more than I could have ever imagined.

I went to Alice Elizabeth nervous that I would feel out of place and that I wouldn’t find the dress I wanted. Andrea welcomed me with open arms and a kind smile, the nerves instantly vanished. She went through how the appointment was going to go and allowed me to choose the dresses I liked. She was absolutely amazing throughout the whole appointment and I will be recommending the store to anyone looking for a wedding dress shop with a gentle and homely atmosphere! The dress range was also amazing, giving me a choice of different styles and colours.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I’d never tried on a wedding dress before going into Alice Elizabeth. I was so nervous and not sure what to expect. As soon as I walked in with my bridal party we were made to feel welcome. The girls at Alice Elizabeth are so friendly and know exactly how to ease your nerves. After trying on a couple of dresses I had picked myself and them being beautiful, but not right for me, I was feeling a bit lost. Quickly the girls found dresses that were more my style and fit my shape well. Eventually we managed to find the dress that I fell in love with and ended up saying yes to. I would like to say a special thank you to all of the staff for making my wedding dress hunt an amazing, relaxed and special experience. From the minute we were greeted at the door I was put at ease and made to feel special. Lauren and Heather have been amazing and very patient may I add in helping me find ‘the one’. WOW!! Where do I start for this amazing boutique! Heather and all of the team are absolutely incredible, from the moment I first walked through the shop doors I was an Alice Elizabeth Bride. It’s true what they say, you know when you find ‘the one’ but it was Heather and her expertise that had it picked out for me all along. My daughter and I visited this place on Wednesday 21st September Heather and her staff were brilliant from the moment we walked in the lovely shop. They made us feel very welcome and put us at ease straight away , Heather the owner is very talented and I fell in love with a dress she designed herself and they have seamstresses in the shop to do alterations if you needed any. My daughter came out of the shop one very happy lady because of them , and I even got a cuppa from heather !! Nothing was any trouble to them . I very highly recommend this business for any friends wanting a dream dress for there special day .

Where do I begin? After starting my journey way back in 2018 with this amazing boutique, I just knew as soon as I walked through the door, I was an Alice Elizabeth Bride! Not only are all and I mean ALL of the dresses absolutely out of this world, but so are Heather and her team of wonderfully talented ladies. Our big day was impacted by Covid and it meant that we pushed out the date by a whopping 2.5 years. Heather without hesitation, kept me calm, reassured me throughout the Covid madness and stored my dress for 3.5 years! My beautiful Enzoani dress, custom-made veil and headband were all purchased here and I felt like nothing short of a Princess on our big day in August of this year. If you want to have the most beautiful and personal experience when buying let's face it, the most important dress you will ever wear... look no further! No pressure to commit, sound advice from years of experience and above all knowing what suits you more than yourself puts this boutique head and shoulders above the rest. Wow ! What a beautiful shop with incredible dresses, the service from Lauren was impeccable from start to finish. We were allowed to look through the dresses in our own time and then went upstairs to the beautiful private fitting rooms with a glass of Prosecco in hand. After visiting a few bridal shops this one definitely made you feel special. Would recommend this shop to anyone looking for that extra special touch. Alice Elizabeth was the first dress shop I visited and I found my dress on that first appointment. Heather and her team let us try on a range of dress and encouraged me to try all styles which Im glad I did. Last week, I had an appointment with the ladies at Alice Elizebeth and it was honestly like no other dress shopping experience. I was greeted initially and had the chance to talk a little about the wedding before eventually picking out 4-5 dresses. What l loved already was that they knew me so well. They had listened so carefully to the details I had shared about who I am and my vision for the day. Heather also picked up a dress she thought I would suit, which ended up being a game changer as it was one of my final choices. Afterwards, I began trying the dress selection on. As I tried the dresses on, Heather pinned, unpinned, added material and anything else you could think of to the dresses. There was never an option I couldn’t explore because she always had an idea to help my vision come true. I can honestly say, I was in the shop three hours which I couldn’t believe because I felt so relaxed and welcomed to stay and try on however many dresses I needed until I either found the one or close to a decision. When I finally started whittling my choices down, Heather was so understanding and accommodating and shared some wonderful ideas to help make the dress of my dreams. In the end, I walked out of Alice Elizabeth with a wedding dress ordered and the happiest lady because of my experience. So I say if you’re getting married in 6 months time, 1 year or 2 years time like me, Alice Elizabeth is the only wedding shop you need to visit. It only took me one day, one shop, my Mam and the wonderful, caring ladies at Alice Elizabeth to help me find ‘The One’.

This place, Heather, and her team, are so hard to describe in words, because the five stars I give them are all about the experience and the emotions they convey. As a bride who was reluctant about dress shopping because I didn't even know that I wanted to wear a dress, knew the traditional dress was not for me, and had hang ups about my body shape and size, I have never felt more listened to, understood and valued. Without me even realising it, Heather and Anne-Marie pushed me out of my comfort zone gently; because they knew what would suit me, and they took the time to get to know my personality. I ended up with a bespoke dress, designed and made by Heather that to this day is my anchor in any storm. By that I mean it was so special and I felt so special in it, that on a bad day, the feeling of being in that dress, on the best day of my life, running through Bryant Park, is exactly where I transport myself back to to lift my spirits. I'm not sure Heather and her team at Alice Elizabeth Couture know quite the impact they had on my life, but boy did they! They know it's not just a dress, it's a feeling, an emotion and they get that. Can't recommend them highly enough. x
