I cannot recommend this shop enough to anybody still looking for their dream dress. I came here myself to try some on, not expecting to walk away having said yes to the dress! From the minute I walked in the girls were lovely, everybody was smiling and looked genuinely happy to work there. My appointment was with Carole, I showed her the 5 dresses I’d like to try on, however with Carole’s expertise she quickly changed my mind! Carole asked me if I’d try a different style dress on just to see what I thought, and the first dress she put on me I fell in love with. It is nothing like what I pictured but as the girls will tell you, you don’t pick your dress - the dress picks you! As somebody who has always been quite insecure about my figure I left the shop feeling amazing and so confident in my decision! I can’t wait to take my mum and my bridesmaids back to see me in my dress! At no point was I pushed into buying anything and the whole appointment was such a breeze. I did not expect to leave that appointment having ordered my wedding dress but I did and I’m so excited now that it’s ordered! The girls are a credit to this store and I cannot wait to get married in my dream dress 🤍

I absolutely loved my experience here! I didn’t expect to be walking away with having picked my dress that day however the girls were all so lovely and made me feel comfortable in my own skin! As a bigger girl it is hard to find dresses that fit however they made me feel beautiful and my stylist was so helpful and brought dresses they thought would suit me and my shape also taking into consideration my taste too. There were so many dresses to choose from in plus size which is fab! 10/10 would thoroughly recommend!

Popped in for an appointment today, i only wanted to try on sample dresses within my budget and felt absolutely no pressure whatsoever to try on more expensive dresses i might fall in love with - in actual fact the lovely manager was against me doing this! I walked in shaking, sweating and stressing if i'm honest but the shop manager was so calm, patient and friendly. While i didn't find my dress today i can go to further appointments without getting stressed out about it as i now know what i want and don't want and was helped to discover what works for me and what doesn't. I would 100% recommend this experience at this bridal boutique. I might not have my dress yet but i certainly was given a confidence boost and i thank you for that!

The girls at the boutique couldn’t have done anymore to try and match the dress of my dreams. I said Yes to the dress in this shop & the girls where absolutely amazing. I had just had a baby so really wasn't feeling my best & my confidence wasn't great but the girl that assisted me was just so helpful. I had an image in my head of what I wanted & tried some styles on & didn't like them, the girl gave me another dress to try on, total opposite to what I'd said I wanted & that ended up being THE DRESS. Can not recommend Bibbidi Bobbidi Bridal Boutique more there service is outstanding. I bought my Sophia tolli wedding dress back in August 2020 and went into collect it in May while I was in trying my first dress on I decided to try on a bridal evening gown which I also purchased from the mon cheri enchanted range. Lorraine and Susan attended to me when I had my appointment and they were both excellent! There was no presumption made about myself or my fiancee which I was delighted about as we are a same sex couple. Lorraine and Susan were warm, friendly, genuine and so lovely. They listened to everything I wanted and helped select dresses they thought would suit my style and personality. The shop is lovely inside, staff are fantastic and dresses are all stunningly beautiful. The girls had a hard task of making a tomboy feel like a Princess for a day but they managed it with ease and that's an achievement they should be proud of. If I am honest I was terrified before going into Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo as a plus size girl and wasnt sure what to expect but from the moment I walked in the door the girls put me at ease and were wonderful. Our appointment was with Susan and she has be a delight to work with. Especially since I have been a bit of a bridezilla at times and it hasn't phased her at all. Nothing has been too much trouble for them and they have gone above and beyond to help with one of the biggest decisions we will ever make. So much so that myself, my partner and our Bridesmaids dresses are all from here. Amazingly friendly, welcoming and helpful girls. Cant fault them definitely 10/10!

Beautiful boutique, wonderful ladies, and fabulous service. I saw my dream dress via their fb page at the start of lockdown, and Lori spent a lot of time consulting with me via messenger, including my measurements, body shape and insecurities. She truly put my mind at ease. We were permitted in this week, the hygiene standards were faultless, and I was so pleased to finally meet the lovely ladies - especially Lori who is so friendly and very professional. This Bridal shop and the staff are the best. I am a size 18 and was a bit apprehensive of ever finding anything that would suit. Joanna had a great selection and made a suggestion for me that was perfect, and ultimately became 'my dress'. One of the best things for me was that it was so private I was not trying on dresses with 8 other brides (who were all young and skinny). It was like being in a huge american closet with your own personal stylist. I also managed to get my bridesmaids dress from BBB which is perfect too. It really was a magical experience for me.

Omg! Where do I start?! First of all I got my bridesmaid dresses from here and the staff were so lovely and so helpful! The dresses were gorgeous and there's such a great choice to pick from. Secondly...they saved me the day before my wedding! My mum burnt my veil and I phoned them at 4.30pm on a Saturday afternoon to explain what had happened and told me to come straight over and they'd get something sorted for me. Bought a brand new (more beautiful veil) and they calmed me right down. Ladies if you're looking for amazing service and beautiful dresses then this is the place to go!! THANK YOU SO SO MUCH!!

Great range of dresses, found my dress, girls were great. Dress arrived when promised it would. My only issue was a young girl who wasn't quite as cheerful I dealt with on one visit I advised someone I knew was coming to get a wedding dress also, through some mix up an email was sent to the girl I knew giving full details of my dress. This was quite devastating for me and the manager did try to help, they refunded my veil and offered me a discount on bridesmaid dresses. I didn't feel this made up for the mistake they made. But besides this the staff are lovely and the dresses great.

Having previously visited 2 bridal shops before going to Bibbidi Bibbidi Boo, This was the experience I expected when going shopping for the most amazing dress that I will ever have the pleasure of wearing. From the moment I got in the door, i was made to feel welcome and at ease. The girls listened to what I was looking for and in the end I found my dream dress. Dress number 2 was my dress. There was no pushy sales talk, I was even encouraged to go away, have a coffee and think about it before buying. I didn't feel over whelmed or rushed when trying on dresses. I was even given.a veil, heels and bouquet to finish the look so I could picture my dress on the day! .....I cried. It was the dress! The staff are lovely and there is a wealth of beautiful dress in different styles. The service was the best! I can not recommend this place enough. Thank you to all at Bibbidi Bibbidi Boo! I found my beautiful David Tutera dress on my first ever wedding dress shopping trip. I had to visit other shops and try on loads more dresses but knew I would come back here. The staff were so helpful and friendly and put on no pressure. When I returned to the shop a second time I knew it was definitely the one! I went back and purchased my beautiful bridesmaid dresses here too. There was a problem with my junior dress as the supplier had sent out the wrong one. Bibbidi kept me well informed and when I was feeling anxious about its arrival in the run up to my wedding, one staff member even gave me her personal number to keep me up to speed on the dress. It arrived it time and all of the dresses were a dream on the day! I can't recommend BBBBB enough! We had a wonderful shopping experience when purchasing our beautiful bridesmaids dresses for my wedding. Every single member of staff were very welcoming and accommodating. My bridesmaids were nervous and were dreading trying on dresses, however five minutes in the shop and there were totally at ease and loved the full experience. We laughed the full time and it was a perfect experience we will always remember! There was such a wide variety to chose from and we never felt rushed, the girls couldnt do enough for us. The dress i picked was the very first one i saw, tried on and fell in love with. their customer service was first class. Demi helped me with my dress and picking my gorgeous satin veil to go with it. Totally amazing service right from 1st day. This was my 2nd shop on my first day out wedding dress shopping. I was blessed with having yvonne as my assistant and what a lady she is. Made me feel that i was the only bride on earth and that it was her goal to make me feel and look beautiful for my big day. She gave me honest opinions listened to my wants and desires. I felt that when i had found what was to be my dress she advisede to go away and think about it. There was never any hard sale or coax to buy anything. I came home and not only did i fall in love with the dress i fell in love with the shop. I knew it was a business i could trust with my wedding dress. First ever wedding dress experience. Was quite underwhelming. Fitting rooms were too small to hold some of the trains of the dresses so you couldn't really see them properly. Staff appeared like they couldn't really be bothered if I'm honest. Went to a different place after this one and what a better experience it was, like it should be!

Amazing, susan was just brilliant. I picked a selection and after trying on just 2 she changed my selections as she knows the stock they have best! The postcode given for suggested parking took as 5 minutes drive from the shop to a housing estate. The staff on the day were friendly. The set up is a bit strange with dress choices split between two private rooms so you don't get to view them all.
