M. B.Where to start with Eleganza - what an absolute dream!!!
To say I was nervous & anxious before going into the bridal salon is an understatement, but the Eleganza girls put me at ease from the get go and made my “yes to the dress” day an absolute dream!
I knew before I went exactly what dress I was going there for, but the girls made sure I tried on lots of different styles just to be sure and get the whole experience ! I had the best day ever and would 100% recommend them to anyone!!
They had a huge selection of designers and styles and really listen to what you are looking for and know what to show you to try on.
If only you got to do it all over again - I’d be back in a heartbeat to pick my dress again!

L. L.My experience at Eleganza was a dream. I was nervous on arrival but Eleganza quickly turned that around. The staff were warm and welcoming and my stylist, Francesca, couldn't have been more chilled and supportive. She is incredibly talented at what she does - taking the time to understand your preferences and match you with something beautiful and unique. I enjoyed a special afternoon with my mum, sampling the gowns. The first dress Francesca choose for me turned out to be 'the one'!
I'd highly recommend a visit to Eleganza. The shop is beautiful and their stunning selection easily caters to all tastes. It's been a brilliant part of my wedding experience and the first time I truly felt like a bride. A special thank you to Francesca for her time and talents, and to the gorgeous Anna, for making me feel so at home in her store.

The decor was amazing and the little touches such as your name and wedding date on the tree just made it feel so special. We were greeted straight away on arrival and offered a glass of prosecco.
Francesca was my stylist and she could not have been better! She listened to everything I was saying and her attention to detail was amazing. She really made it a great experience and involved my guests with each dress. I loved every dress she picked out and really got a feel for a range of different dresses before picking out my dream dress.
Once you pick your dress everything from collection of the dress to sizes is explained in great detail. Followed by some pictures for memories of the day. It really was a great experience.
V. H.JUST WOW! Chloe Rose 🌹 was my stylist yesterday. I can’t find the words to thank her enough for helping me to find my perfect dress! Every dress she had selected for me was so perfectly in line with the brief, she was kind and helpful throughout and she made the appointment SO FUN. I felt amazing thanks to Chloe and she also found me the perfect accessories to compliment my dress. I cannot recommend the store enough, it was just the best day, and Chloe is an absolute credit to the store.

My stylist Ava was so lovely and made me feel super comfortable when trying on dresses and store manager Lesley was equally as helpful and kind when checking in on me throughout my appointment. It turned out the first dress I tried on was the one thanks to the preparation for the appointment, the stylist getting to know me and what I’m looking for but I was also given the time to try on different dresses and styles to make sure and at no time felt rushed to make a decision. From the moment we walked into the stunning boutique we were so impressed, from the customer service to the little extra touches they made it feel really special. Being able to see little changes such as adding straps was also super useful. She found me the perfect veil to complement the dress I chose as well. Couldn’t of asked for more & would highly recommend to anyone unsure of what might suit you & looking for some help. S. S.Simply divine! A dream experience ! This sounds cliche but it’s true. I came to Eleganza at the end of my bridal journey last June (sorry for the late review!) and I still hadn’t managed to find THE dress! In fact I thought it didn’t exist! The pre appointment questionnaire,simply superior gown selection, along staff intuition and just exceptional service changed that. I found 2 possibles and they helped me realise my dream dress. I am not glam by nature but this didn’t deter them from helping me find the dress of my dreams ! Then when I picked my dress up before Christmas and discovered I had put on some erm winter padding they supported me through and their positivity was fantastic. M. I.Absolutely top tier, felt so welcomed from the moment I stepped in the door and when I returned to try on my dream dress again. The shop is so luxurious but also feels so comfortable and warm, it's exactly the kind of place I imagined to try on my dress of dreams! Every detail was thought of, and it's so lovely to get a glass of bubbly to top off the experience. The stylists were so knowledgeable about the dresses and designers, I had a little bit of an idea of styles I wanted but didn't have a definite dress I knew was mine.
Chloe Rose knew though and the first dress she took out for me ticked every box - even boxes I didn't know were on the list! She was so professional and friendly, I felt I was in the best hands. When I returned to try it on again Rachel was so accomodating and even picked a couple of other dresses for me to be doubly sure it was The One! She helped me create a bespoke design by mixing elements of two dresses by the same designer so I get the perfect dress just for me. My mum was so pleased to experience it with me too, was a magic day all around!

Our sales assistant Francesca was incredible, nothing was too much for her and all of the staff members in the store were so attentive and friendly. Eleganza have the most beautiful dresses in store, but the girls went one step further and ordered a dress in for me that I had seen online and fell in love with.
Since I made my appointment back in April, straight through to the day I said yes and beyond, I have messaged the store with a few queries and every time I have received a quick and lovely reply. I can't wait to go back to pick my dress up when it arrives!

A.I had the best experience at Eleganza, the dress I originally loved online had been discontinued by the time of my appointment but the team especially Megan saw my vision and helped me choose a dress and make customisations to it, I just went to pick it up today and it was 100% what I had hoped for! N. B.Eleganza Sposa totally exceeded all of my expectations. Vanessa was fantastic, she took on board everything that I liked and disliked and pulled some stunning dresses for me to try on. F. T.Amazing experience from start to finish. I had always wanted to go to Eleganza Sposa for my wedding dress and I am so glad I did. This was the only store I had to try. Francesca did my first appointment and from start to finish she was amazing. I had selected a love list with a few different styles, however the second dress I tried was one Francesca picked that I hadn’t noticed on the website. The dress was perfect and the one I said yes to! I am so grateful to Francesca for all of her help, the girls in Eleganza really are experts and know what will suit you - they’re not just there to help you get dressed! Francesca also helped me pick my veil and throughout my appointment I never felt rushed at all and my mum and sister were always included and made to feel a part of it. It was also really nice to have Anna involved too when trying on. When I went to collect my dress the girls were so helpful with showing me different accessories - again I didn’t really know what I wanted, but left with the most amazing accessory I have ever seen! I. S.I went with my mother-in-law and maid of honour on the 22nd of May. My mother and sisters were not in the country and sadly could not attend, however Eleganza Sposa were helpful in setting us up with wifi to allow my family to be there virtually.
My consultant was called Francesca. I cannot commend her enough. She was friendly, helpful and really paid attention and listened to what my style preferences were. She had me try on dresses that I had not previously considered and they were all stunning. When i asked for one style in particular however that I really wanted to try on, she was happy to accommodate. This was the dress I ended up choosing-- in fact I knew before it was properly pinned onto me! Votes were unanimous too and we all started to get emotional. Francesca was superb and picked up on the mood change and came back with a veil to try on and a bouquet to help complete the look.
I ended up choosing a different veil, and bought that alongside this beautiful dress. I cannot wait to wear this on my wedding day. Upon purchasing the dress gave me a gift bag with goods and my nickname 'Izzy' on this. We also took photos by the flower wall. Thanks again Eleganza Sposa and especially Francesca for being superb and making that morning so special to me and my loved ones.

The shop is beautifully decorated and you instantly feel a sense of WOW just by walking in.

My stylist was absolutely wonderful! Vanessa made me feel so comfortable with her, and she knew exactly what I was wanting to achieve with my dress and overall look. We did exactly that, we added extra touches to give it the bespoke feel I wanted and she created a masterpiece! I cried.
I travelled 8 hours to come here, I didn’t book anywhere else as I just knew from following Eleganza this was exactly what I wanted.

Laura could not have been more helpful and picked out a lot of stunning dresses that I would not have thought to try but that looked amazing, before eventually having me try on the dress that was "the one". Couldn't recommend them enough for all styles of occasion dresses, the boutique itself is a step above the other places I tried, extremely classy and professional. O. M.I purchased my wedding dress in Aug 16 and was back this month for fittings. Very friendly staff. All my appointments were made as stress free as possible. I was first disappointed to have to take time off work for fittings as they are only on Wednesdays but I understand that it makes business sense & allows for a better experience for all involved. Lisa is truly an asset to this bridal shop & has this ability to make her customers feel special.

L.Although i wasn't successful in finding a dress i just have to say that Lisa is the best bridal assistant that i have came across and gave me the best experience i have had while trying on dresses (i have been to a lot of places now) Lisa could not have been more helpful or have come up with any more ideas. Firstly The Shop is STUNNING!!! It was just such a different experience i had to the other bridal shops i visited.
I cant Thank Laura Enough for everything, she listened to detail to what i was looking for helping me eliminate styles i hadn’t yet tried else where. She seemed genuinely interested in everything i said about my wedding/and anything else! I was nervous about trying on dresses as i am not confident in myself at the moment and she made me feel amazing! I work in retail myself- and anywhere else i have been it felt like a sales pitch! NOT Yesterday, it all felt soo natural.
Nothing was too much for any of the staff- They were all soo patient with my little girl (who is only 2) especially as she got fed up near the end.
I am Still on Such a High from yesterday so thankyou so much❤️ i cannot wait to see my dress agian!!!

S. L.It was a rainy Scottish morning as me and my mum climbed the steps up to Eleganza Sposa. I pushed the button just as the Sugababes did and a girl dressed immaculately in black came smiling to the door.
Once inside, a beautiful white and grey room with wedding dresses surrounding me met my eyes. A drink was quickly offered to us and hearing the gentle music around I instantly knew that this was a very special bridal shop. From the flowered archway to the dress on a mannequin (which truly is a work of art) mirrors that are just asking for a selfie to be taken and the sweetest flower girl dresses on a rail in the corner I new my dress was here.
I was greeted by Lisa who flicked through my love list on her iPad and was warm and friendly. A very endearing girl as we chatted about breakfast and all things weddings. She asked about my budget and she was always up front on cost which I find some dress shops very secretive about. She got the low down of my simple wedding pretty quickly and off she went to grab a handful of dresses.
I tried on 4 dresses in total and the whole experience was something that any girl who is getting married should have. She got my style totally and she couldn’t have picked a more “me” dress. The 4 dresses I tried on varied from a little over £1,000 to a little over £3,000 so even though I have a high budget she didn’t just instantly get me in the most expensive dresses she could find.
I was treated with total respect when I was getting changed and I wasn’t ever made to feel uncomfortable with my bra off and little knickers. I was helped to keep my dignity and I felt fantastic every moment.
I feel honoured to have said yes to the dress at Eleganza Sposa, and I honestly can’t wait to go back to do my fittings and say hello to all the lovely girls working in the shop.
As I mentioned before, I am having a low key and very intimate wedding but by having this gorgeous service I feel like I’m definitely not missing out on the bridal experience, and if I was having a bigger wedding, Lisa would be more than welcome to come along if she fancied some free food and a dance.
Stress free, intimate, special and friendly. Even if you don’t find that one dress to wear for your big day here, at least go to this shop to find out what choosing a dress should be about.

I was feeling very nervous and was put right at eas with Rebecca she took on board everything that I said and really made me feel special. She helped me find my dream dress. I really cannot recommend the store and the fabulous team enough.
G. S.I visited Eleganza Sposa for 2 appointments this week and had to right a review. After visiting many bridal shops in London (where I live) and trying on what feels like hundreds of dresses, I decided in desperation to head to Glasgow, my family home, to try my luck here. What can I say, the experience was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I walked in with my mother, aunt and grandmother we were made to feel at ease. We were offered drinks and staff were very accommodating in finding a comfortable chair for my grandmother to sit in. I was assisted by Amanda who couldn't have been more helpful. She listened carefully to my previous experiences and what I had learned so far during my dress hunt. She used all this information to pick a selection of dresses which fitted the brief better than any other shop I had visited. Amanda was kind and attentive through out. She offered advice and suggestions without giving any influence or being pushy in anyway. When we found a serious contender she supported me to think about my vision for the day, how I wanted to feel and the pros and cons of this dress (there were some changes that would have needed to be made). Amanda was even kind enough to allow us back the following day with my bridesmaid to try it on again. In the end, I didn't buy my dress from this shop. However, I can not thank Amanda enough for making it a lovely experience for both me and my family and ultimately helping me find my dream dress. I have found the whole dress shopping experience extremely stressful and emotional at times. I can honestly say I think I would have continued to struggle if it weren't for the advice given in this store. Amanda was extremely professional but also caring. It is so refreshing to be offered a service where the interests of the bride remained central and it was not just about selling a dress. As a new member of the team in Elegnza, Amanda is a real asset and I am certain she will help many future brides find 'the one'. Thank you again - I would urge any bride to make an appointment!! We will be back when the next family member gets hitched.

F. D.Before i begin i should say it was my bridesmaid dresses that i purchased from here. The process of actually picking the dresses i couldn't fault (and they look lovely on) i booked an appointment and we had a whole room to ourselves to pick the dresses and try things on. The service has been very mixed since paying the deposit on the dresses, with VERY limited time frames to come and collect them. EVERYTHING is done by appointment but needs to be mid week and due to my bridesmaids being spread across the country and having jobs it makes things rather complicated to get things collected and altered. You only have 2 weeks to collect the dresses once they arrive - they charge storage after this - and i was informed by the first woman i spoke with that they must be tried on before leaving the shop. The second woman i have spoken with has said i can collect them on behalf of my bridesmaids but i need to make a half hour appointment to collect them! Which of course can only be through the week. My own doing for not checking into things further but lesson learned! So advise to future brides looking for bridesmaids dresses READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
