He is very knowledgeable and pedagogic, and was able to go into great detail not only about the history and technique, but also the physics related to the bagpipe, explaining exactly why everything looks the way it does.
He went on and played a few tunes, and I couldn't do anything but sit there and smile -- This is easily the most talented piper I've ever seen. I would recommend him to anyone!
