I got my wedding dress from here and had such a wonderful experience at Melle Cloche! There was a relaxed vibe from the start. Jacqueline was amazing and guided me through everything, gave her own suggestions, gave me lots of time to explore ideas and was very personable. I absolutely adore the dresses in this place. The quality and materials are just beautiful! Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience with Melle Cloche. I went into the store thinking I knew exactly what dress I wanted, then started having doubts when another caught my eye. Lisa was so patient with me trying the two dresses on over and over again, and when I was a bit unsure about the straps on one, was so helpful in mocking up how it might look if they did alterations - which eventually sold me on it! Tatiana was great at the alterations and I had a stress free visit to the shop each time. Thanks again to the whole team!

Absolutely beautiful shop with the most beautiful, unique, modern bride dresses. Lisa and the way the shop is laid out makes it such a relaxed experience and also makes it a special one - me and my friend loved our visit there. Lisa let us take photos of the dresses on which I found a great help as it's so good to look back on them after the visit to check what looked great and to remind you how good you felt in them. I did find the most special dress in there. I find wedding dress shop quite overwhelming but Melle Cloche and Lisa took away that feeling and made me feel so excited about getting married next year and wearing my dream dress!

Fantastic experience at Melle Cloche! Lisa, Jacs, and everyone working there are so attentive, knowledgeable, helpful and just really lovely. I visited in the middle of the pandemic with my Mum and found my dress (theirs was the first shop I went to, and the dress was the second one I tried on, but they have an amazing range of dresses). Even with all the uncertainty going on, Lisa & Jacs were always helpful and made the experience feel normal - and very exciting! The whole process was relaxed and enjoyable thanks to them, and I even got one of my bridesmaid dresses there too :) Would 100% recommend Melle Cloche to anyone.

The collections they've chosen to carry are absolutely stunning (and even nicer in person) so I was really looking forward to my visit. I couldn't recommend Melle Cloche enough. From my first appointment the team were so helpful and made the whole experience amazing. I wasn't sure what I was looking for but with Lisa's help and advice, I ended up with the perfect dress. Due to lockdown and living down south, I had a few appointments before buying the dress but I never felt pressured and the team was really accommodating. I had my alterations done in the shop and the attention to detail was brilliant. Excellent team with a lovely, relaxed shop.

We had a great time at Melle Cloche. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The boutique is lovely inside. They have lots of gorgeous dresses. I was so confused when I arrived, having tried on a few styles that I thought I wanted in another shop, but I just didn't feel like me in them. Shona seemed to know exactly what I needed! We loved our experience at Melle Cloche. Lisa was super helpful in explaining the process when we arrived and I was then able to take my time in looking at and trying on multiple different dress styles of my choosing. Having found the dress I loved, Lisa picked out the perfect veil to match, which completed the look, and made me really excited for the big day. The team were very accommodating in enabling me to return later the same day to show my parents the dress, which meant a lot to me. I had the absolute pleasure of shopping for my wedding dress at Melle Cloche. The ladies there were lovely and made my experience truly wonderful. They were able to help me with the wifi to get my friends and family on a zoom call. They spoke to my future mother-in-law to have champagne and a note waiting for me when I arrived. Shona helped me stick to my budget and did a great job explaining each of the dresses I tried on and how they could be adapted. Their store has a great variety of dresses and accessories. I visited Melle Cloche on April 30th 2022, and I would highly recommend it. The service was absolutely fantastic, I was so well looked after by Shona, and I found a beautiful dress for my wedding day. I was working with a limited timeframe, as my wedding date is in a few months, and my order was prioritised for a small fee. I also requested some alterations to change the neckline, and this was no problem. A 5 star experience all in all.

Melle Cloche was the first shop I visited and I couldn’t have wished for a better experience. Jacqueline and Lisa were both so so welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I had several very contradictory ideas of what I wanted but Lisa was so patient with me and let me try on so many different types of dresses and we eventually found the one. I had the whole room to myself and had Lisa’s undivided attention for the whole appointment. I even tried to buy my veil on the same day but Jacqueline and Lisa told me to come back to their accessories event so I could get 25% off of it rather than pay full price. Couldn’t recommend the shop and Jacqueline and Lisa more.

I had an appointment at Melle Cloche on Saturday for my two bridesmaids' dresses. Thought it might be a bit odd going to a bridal shop for bridesmaid's dresses when I hadn't got my dress from there (I got mine made). But it was anything but. I was surprised to read the earlier reviews because we were made to feel really welcome and we got lots of help and just the right amount of attention. We had a fab afternoon and we're delighted with the Two Bird dresses. We were given lots of time to try the different options for wearing the dresses and to work out what way we liked best. I also managed to find a great pair of Giverney shoes for me. Happy days. Can't recommend the shop enough. Thank you Melle Cloche for helping to make our afternoon lots of fun and ticking two more things off my to do list!

I got my dress from them in Dec 2016 and found the experience really good. In some other stores I definitely felt I was getting 'sold to' a bit more - everything was possible, everything looked great etc but with Melle Cloche they seemed a bit more genuine in that regards - giving me recommendations about other shapes, styles to try. I found both sisters good to deal with. I'm also very in decisive and ended up trying one my dress about 3 times and never once felt like this was an issue and again never felt under pressure about making a purchase.

Ive always been enchanted with this beautiful shop. I recently visited with a work colleague and was amazed at how wonderful everything is set out - great designs - gorgeous shoes, accessories. every brides dream - privacy when you need it but enough space to enjoy choosing with the bridal party The staff were so warm and approachable - great listeners and great at discovering my colleagues personality and character. they seemed to know exactly what she was looking for before she did. The outcome was truly fantastic - absolutely exquisite!

Despite me being clueless about lead times and picking the one dress that was discontinued they had the sample dress fitting me like a glove and ready for me to take to Thailand within ten weeks.
