Very enjoyable and extremely helpful day. Staff (Jodi) went out of her way to make the experience of decision making delightful. A beautiful array of exquisite dresses and accessories. Originally choosing my wedding dress was really difficult (I really wasn’t looking forward to it) I didn’t have a clue what I wanted, I just knew what I didn’t want. I gave Mandy what information I could and she helped me through it all from picking dresses out for me, to explaining what I can do differently to the dresses to make it my own. Mandy was aware I was not going to pick a dress that day but still helped as much as she could and gave what advice she could. I went away to other shops and figured out what type of dress I wanted, I went back again with 1 dress in mind to retry (again Mandy thought I wasn’t going ahead that day which the plan wasn’t to) but still did everything I asked including letting me try 2 more dresses on which was the total opposite to what I went back to try just so I could rule them out. I then asked to try the very first dress I ever picked out on again and I knew with a few tweaks it was the right one, Mandy really helped through the experience of showing what I can do differently to the dress thank you for all your help. 12 years ago I got my prom dress from Elite and now my wedding dress! xxx

I had the most wonderful experience at Elite bridal. Mandy made me feel confident and like a real princess. There were so many beautiful dresses to choose from, which were reasonably priced. The customer service was top notch and it was such an enjoyable part of my wedding planning experience. I can't wait to go back for my fittings. I was recommended by two friends that had bought dresses from there recently which I told Mandy on the day and she ensured that I would not go home with the same dress but was really discreet so I have still have no idea what they will he walking down the isle in. Absolutely fantastic experience at the Hull branch. After having got married during lockdown and hating the photos of my dress, I was insanely nervous about trying to find 'the one' and getting it wrong again. The lovely ladies made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. They were more than happy for me to try on lots of different styles of dresses so that I could make sure I knew what I did and didn't like without regrets. They had so many different styles of dresses available in lots if different sizes. I wanted to make sure I found the perfect dress with no regrets this time, the ladies were more than happy to let me try on as many dresses as I wanted. They also helped me work out what I wanted. Once I found the one, they were happy to let me continue trying on to confirm it was the one. Once I tried it on again after trying the remaining options, they were more than happy for me to Facetime my Mum as she couldn't be with us. Start to finish the experience was amazing and we couldn't of asked for anything more. They went above and beyond for us. We couldn't recommend visiting Elite Bridal enough to people, you won't regret it!

I had my final dress fitting today and the girls were amazing they made me feel so confident. I went to take my dress off ready to take home and noticed they had sewn a little blue bow into my dress as my something blue it was really the cutest thing. I can't wait to wear my dress now. I bought my dress from the Hull store and the service from beginning to end was amazing, Mandy was so helpful and helped me find the right dress. This has to be the best bridal shop in the HU postcode! The ladies who work here are helpful, re-assuring, energetic but above all else they are honest. As with all places, you are made to feel important, but here is just different. You are given space, time, encouragement, fabulous choices & you are given ideas - that maybe take you out of your comfort zone; but that work. They seem to work on an appointments system & try to give you exclusivity & privacy (if that's what you want). You can walk into here feeling a little lacking in confidence & insecure with what how you think you look, but you will be filled with confidence & options. The dresses are good quality and very reasonably priced. To me, the guidance & honesty was paramount as I am a little older. Paranoid with figure & if I was trying to look too young! I have to mention the 2 x Mandy's who are the honest good cop / bad cop. Totally trust in the things said to me and can't fault the whole experience of using Elite. No sales pitch. I doubt the employees work on commission either. All very relaxed. Thank you for making shopping for my wedding dress so very special and easy too x

Highly recommend anyone a visit to elite! I will be honest i wasnt sure if it was going to be the shop i found the perfect dress but honestly my wedding dress was the 1st i put on. I did go elsewhere but just didn't seem to feel the way i did in the dress so before the end of the day i was back there with the dress on again! The Mandys are fantastic staff nothing was to much for them! I didn't have alot of time from purchasing my dress till the big day so alterations were all done within the time!

Visited the Huddersfield store, and the staff could not have been more friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Huge array of dresses to try, and lots of options and alternatives offered. Had my first experience with mandy h at elite, from the minute we all walked in she was amazing... tailoring to my every need with various different dresses, mandy was more than happy to accommodate me in doing so and giving her honest opinion to what suited me best , resulting in me purchasing the dress of my dreams.
