Amit & Vish I just want to say thank you for all you did for us from start to finish. You both welcomed us and helped us decide how to do our wedding reception. Always keeping us in the loop with everything. Everything you guys did from communication to making sure we were happy 😊 Everything you guys did was incredible the food the music the lighting Everything I couldn't fault a thing The both of you made our day AMAZING and we are truly grateful. Me and my husband had our wedding reception here 16/10/21 I just want to say a MASSIVE thank you to both the owners. They went above and beyond and made our day stress free :) we had such a amazing night we have had nothing but compliments from everyone who came. I have to add the food was amazing it was so tasty compliments to the chef!!!! Thanks guys for making our day a day/night to remember from Sian and Vickesh !!!

We had Avantay do our wedding catering for Saturday 30th of July 2022 and all I can say is they were exceptional. The food was fantastic and all our guests were ranting and racing about how great it was. As well as that, the staff were brilliant. They were always topping up the bowls with food until the guests were stuffed and satisfied. They were also making the effort to consistently asks guests if they need anything else and were always willing to accommodate. As for the main guy Amit. Now what can I say about him. He was incredibly easy to talk to and was willing to give advice and be flexible to our needs. At one point we was talking about chips for the kids, however Amit said he will put it on every table, something that all the guests loved. He was easy to communicate with and was always up for a laugh and even made the effort to speak to the guests. One thing I appreciated was that he was real and didn’t sugarcoat anything and advised us in the right direction. They are reasonably priced, yet the food is beyond exceptional. Also more important they were consistent as every dish hit the mark. I can’t praise this company more. They will from now on be my number one recommendation for anybody who has a function. If anybody would like amazing food and amazing service, look no further, this is the caterer to go for.

I had my 70th Birthday Party at Avantay yesterday (8th October 2022) and the service we got from Amit and his team was FANTASTIC. The food was amazing, and all our guests are continually phoning and texting me today and saying how great the food, the decor and the service was. All the staff were brilliant. and continually asking if we want more food or anything else. Amit himself is a fantastic guy who kept coming over and asking if everything was ok. He was incredibly easy to talk to and was willing to give advice and be flexible to our needs. The price, the locations and the service first class and we will have no problem going there again for future events. Recommend very highly.

Amazing, classy venue!!! As soon as I saw Avantay Banqueting Suite I knew this was where I wanted to hold my husbands surprise 40th birthday party. Amit & Vish were extremely professional & helpful, they made the entire process easier and less stressful to organise. We used the in-house caterers, it was the best decision made as the food was amazing, all the guests commented on how tasty the dishes were. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to hold an event!

We got Married here. The Venue is perfect, the staff were amazing Amit and Vishal were diamonds, Vishal bent over backwards to make our Day perfect. I can't recommend these guys and the venue enough, daily calls and text to keep us posted, amazing set up great dj. They provided everything and more! Was able to see the set up the day before the wedding also food was amazing don't go to any other Venue, go here!!!

We had the pleasure of hosting our School's prom at Avantay Banqueting Suites, from the very early discussions with Amit and Vish they supported us in making this a special evening for our students. Amit and Vish met and communicated with me over the months of organising our event, and supported with all of the logistics. They decorated and ensured the venue was exactly how our students planned for it to be, the package they provided was also a perfect suit for the venue. They even organised our DJ and entertainment package! They understood our remit and delivered flawlessly. Highly recommend using them for your parties, functions and events, they seem to just get it!!! Thanks for making the evening special for our students!

We used the Avantay to host our Wedding and Engagement for our wedding day. The venue was perfect for us, with plenty of space to work with. It has everything you would need. The real benefit of the venue is it doesn’t feel like your other venues. It allows for a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere because of the lighting and decor they use. You would struggle to find a better location in Leicester. The team couldn’t have been more accommodating, helping us with everything we needed. Thank you Vishal and Amit. They took all the hassle out of organising a wedding. I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking for a unique venue that will impress everyone that attends!!

Wow….where shall I start!! Right from initial conversations with Vishal last year, we were taken through all aspects of how the team at Avantay Banqueting Suite would make my mums milestone birthday special. From the venue viewing, menu options, food tasting, itinerary and arranging decorations, everything was taken care of in a friendly yet professional manner putting our exact needs first. Vishal gave us the confidence that we were in a safe pair of hands and we put that trust in him. Our evening was perfect in every way. All of our guests commented on how great the venue was, the hospitality and most importantly the tasty food with was constantly replenished by the excellent and friendly waiting staff. The bar staff were great and Vishal and Amit were available throughout at our beck and call ensuring things were ok and managing anything we needed which took a huge weight off our shoulders giving us time to entertain our guests. DJ Jeevan was amenable prior to the event to converse with to help understand our itinerary and mixed age group of guests, ensuring our varying music tastes were catered for adding his DJ flair into it. Everyone loved it! Thank you so much Vishal, Amit and everyone in the team who made my mums birthday so special. It will always be remembered. We would definitely recommend Avantay Banqueting Suite for events not only for the beautiful venue, but the staff who put our needs first which made the evening a huge success.

Excellent venue, nice decor, the twinkling lights give it a glamorous look, the colourful lighting. Delicious food hats off to the chef who made the food items we requested and all of it tasted delicious just the way I like it, my favourite dish was the bhindi with onions definitely recommend you give it a try. The owners well what can I say about Amit & Vishal they were very friendly and accommodating, approachable great guys. I will definitely be hiring this venue again and recommend it to everyone, don’t go searching for a venue just go to Avantay! 😘

We hired Avantay during Dec 2021 for our baby shower function (150 people) Vishal and Amit were very instrumental in terms of helping us decide the menu, seating arrangements and lights. They also helped us with the photographers and DJs …. I cannot thank them enough for making our event a grand success. Food was delicious, place was clean and well decorated ….
